Hunter Briggs manages my rental condo in Bellevue.  I feel so fortunate to have found Hunter.  To all property owners, I would highly recommend listing your rental with Hunter.  Hunter get's to know the HOA and it's rules and works hard to develop a great relationship.  He is outstanding at pricing the unit, advertising, interviewing and screening tenants, prepping the unit, and ongoing management.  Hunter is extremely communicative, pleasant to talk with, and helps you with any issues you may have.  And, if you're looking for a rental, Hunter would be great to work with as well. Hunter Briggs manages our house in Bellevue that we rent out and does an outstanding job.  Hunter follows up everything and is very honest. I have a very positive experience with MacPherson's Property Management because of Janine Bade. She was referred by my co-worker who also has a rental property managed by her. Bob Crowther is my Property Manager and I am so thankful for him. My water heater was leaking and within an hour from calling him, he had knowledgeable professionals at my home working on the problem. He is very customer focused and make you feel like you're the only client he has, he's very knowledgable about Seattle area rental and real estate market and will get your property rented quickly and at market price. I am a home owner and a member of the Architectural Control Committee at Audubon Park. MacPherson's takes care of our HOA dues and with the help of our Board helps manage our development. I would like to commend you for having some great employees, specifically Jana and Pat. Through the years, Jana, as the property manager, has been extremely helpful in helping us get critical items accomplished. My recent contact with Pat was due to the fact that we recently sold our house with closing being accomplished on July 20th. I own a property, managed by MacPherson's for past 2 yrs. Janine Bade has been my property manager. She's awesome. Always available, responds to requests over email, and most questions/needs are met within 24-48 hours. She also takes care of tenant requests right away (roof molding, fixing washer/dryer, lawns etc.). When the property was vacant, she helped with the advertising and found another renter within a month. Overall, I'm very happy with Janine at MacPherson's. The office in Bellevue has also been helpful. I recently had to request HOA summary statement and Debbie helped out right away - they also manage the community I own the property in. I would like to take a moment to personally thank and recommend Barbara. Barbara has been a huge blessing to my wife and I since moving into a sixty-01 unit. It was a great pleasure working with her over the past year and a half. She was always available, any day of the week to address any problems or concerns. There were times where we were out of town and our cat needed feeding but I gave my friend the wrong key, Barbara was there for the rescue, making sure he got the right key. Barbara always had such a great attitude, no matter what time, situation, or day of the week it is. They connected me with an excellent lender company and suggested to me many inspectors, one of which used a thermal imaging camera to look for warm spots in the wall (I highly suggest this inspector for other potential buyers). I purchased a home from MacPherson’s early this year. after the purchase, I had issues with the AC. The inspector I hired noticed that there was a drain issue and water under the unit in the attic. This problem still existed after the purchase of the home, and the company that made the original $60 repairs (if you would call it that), re-inspected with an estimate of over$1,000 in AC repairs. The senior technician who came a day later estimated near $3000. My realtor heard about his and immediately made contact with the company as well as my new warranty provider to determine what could be done. He was livid, and so was I. Long story short, with his persistence in ensuring that the situation was resolved, all repairs were completed…on a Saturday morning… taking over 4 hours.. For free. Bottom line: the folks at MacPherson’s will go to bat for you and won’t stop until you’re happy. More...

This was the first home i have bought and I didn’t know what to expect. I looked around at some reviews online and honestly…randomly came across Liberty Management. To be frank, I thought it was complete luck that I came across this company. But after my experience with them, I have to now think there is a reason why it all worked out for me. My realtor was the best person who has ever given me customer service. He helped me with my new house even AFTER the sale was complete. This guy was amazing. On our first day, he explained everything to me and while I might not remember it now, he made it all completely understandable. Day two, he took me out to over 15 houses and construction sites.
