Been coming to Mayfit for around 14 weeks now and have lost just over 2 stone. Jason is great and it works . I am half way through a ten week session with Jason. I can see results myself already as can my work mates. Who would have thought a confirmed slob would be on her second 8 week set of sessions and running 3 times per week. Jason has encouraged me to go that extra mile and exceed my expectations of myself. Doing one on one personal training can be daunting but from the minute I met Jason he made me feel at ease. I've had 3 successful sessions and I'm really inspired to keep going. Since having regular training sessions with Jason I have increased my activity levels hugely, lost over 5 stones (and still more to go), and have vastly increased levels of self-esteem and confidence. I always enjoy the sessions, Jason makes them fun, but knows where to set them in terms of intensity, pushing me to give the session my all. I can't recommend Jason and highly enough.
