Ma Boulangerie is a small bakery/patisserie right next to Trader Joe's. They have an assortment of breads, pastries, and drinks/ sandwiches that the offer. So far I have tried the pumpernickel and the honey white which were both delicious and dense breads, a lot higher quality then loads you get at other bakeries in my experience. I stopped by last week with my sister because we saw they had a nice selection of macarons. We were promptly greeted and the young lady working that day was very patient with us and all of our questions. Everything we had was delicious! Ended up getting the macarons as well as a drink and sat. It is a relatively small place but roomy enough where we didn't feel we were disturbing the other people and they weren't disturbing us. Very good pastries. We got the 12 Macarons, a wild berry cheese cake and 2 vanilla cappuccinos. Very nice little cafe. The only downside was the restrooms. Neither of them had a changing table...I had to change my baby on the floor. Thankfully her grandmother bought her a travel diaper station so that’s what I laid her on...changing stations are a life necessity even if it is a little cafe...besides that staff was friendly everything was delicious and we walked out full! I shop at Trader's Joe all the time, and did not recognize that this bakery/coffee shop is right next door. They have a very nice selection of pastries and a lot of gluten free options. Gluten free options are hard to come by especially south of Seattle, so this is a really nice find! The bakery items prices were a little high, ranging from $3-$6 for a slice depending on the item, and a macron is $2.75 when other places are around $2.50, but their flavor selection looked nice and there were beautifully made. Their cake pops are super adorable too!! Not only do they have pastries, they have a selection of sandwiches and salads, so it's a nice place to have brunch. I noticed when eating in, they serve you really cute and classy tea cups! I got myself a chocolate croissant and it was nice and flakey after it was toasted. Very delicious. I also got myself a free 16 oz latte after checking in! It tasted fresh and good flavors, but wasn't sweet at all, so make sure to add your own sugar if you like it sweet like me. More...

Ordered the Saint-Tropez grilled with a special request to switch to the garlic cheddar bread and drop the jalapinos due to allergy. Also gave the Tiramisu with Rum a go. They were both FABULOUS. So my sissy has a thing for bakeries and there's something about gluten free (GF) pastries she fonds over.. (it makes her stomach less upset. . haha) so for her birthday earlier this month I surprised her with GF treats! This bakery isn't a GF shop but they offer GF desserts. Anyway! I got GF: chocolate chip cookies-- and let me tell you... oOoey, chewy, moist, choco chip goodness! One of the best gluten free cookies I've had.. I was like hmm are you sure this is GF.. most are dry.. like no thanks, pass me the milk. But this cookie was on point. This lava chocolate brownie thing--bomb. This place is amazing ^-^ (I love when we start with a positive fun remark, that just screams to the readers "hey this place is A1 steak sauce! " [Now let's destroy this place! SHARPENING THIS BLADE WITH EACH REVIEW WORD, TEAR IT DOWN LIMB FROM LIMB AND LET THE HYENAS FEAST ON THE REMAINING CARCASS OF WHAT USE TO BE THIS BAKERY!!!! *EVIL LLAMA LAUGH RUBBING TWO HOOVES TOGETHER*... just joking ._. This place is great!]) So let us begin reviewing! Or in French "revoyons!" ._. (Take that Mr. Anderson's and your French class in 9th grade!) Atmosphere:Seeing this place, you see how small of a building it is. (I guess cuz its shaped like a rectangular structure, it seems small if your looking at the front. But walking in you realize its stretchy and goes back quite a bit.) Walking in your smacked by the amazing smell of warm coffee and multiple different variety of pastries. (Its like the heavenly bliss opposite of waking up to 200 alarms you set the night before to get up 5am [when you slept at 3am because you're an irresponsible drunk.]^_^) the decour is simple, with wooden chairs and tables, a front cashier, the sounds of ovens working and that intoxicated smell of awesomeness and what's really displayed is the pastry that fills the shelves. (I mean, for what it is! With a smell like this bakery, it could be in the back alley of a Target, while multiple cats feast on the remains of what look like a possum and I'd still shop there. I would very much come back just because of their customer service ._. With an amazing pastry selection that would make Martha Stewart quit her day job and work here. It's not far to say that it's a lovely selection of pastries! I was extremely stressed because my local cake shop closed down. I then came across this wonderful bakery on instagram and let me tell you best thing that has happened to me. She took my request, quickly responded with a quote. Everything was fast, efficient and helpful. Delivery day came around and she was on time, setup was fast and she left us with this beautiful cake.
