Absolutely love this gym. I was visiting family in Lansing and needed somewhere I could cross-train for a few days. Found M43 and couldn't have been happier. Clean facility, beautiful space, equipment is all new. I called them and Scott, the owner, was super accommodating and friendly. Staff is great! The size of the gym was perfect where everything was easily accessible. And they had all the equipment I needed. They also have a nice sauna! If I lived in Lansing this would be my gym, hands down. The owners are very hands on and have a relationship with all of their members; which I consider very respectable. Whatever your goals are you are welcome here! Powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilder, weight loss, standard health seeker, crossfiter, etc etc everyone has a place at M43. As a someone who has always worked at a high caliber and intensity, I can tell you first hand it is very difficult to find a gym that will allow you to challenge yourself. Not only does M43 have the environment for it when it comes to equipment, but it has the high tha tintensity vibe. M43 has not only changed my ability to expand and challenge my workouts, but the members, the employees, the coaches and the owners are what I would consider top notch, upper echelon and leaders of the pack.On top of all of this, the owner Scott is constantly evolving the gym and adding equipment to help the members push themselves hard and father. Since Scott opened the doors on M43 he has added squat bars, deadlift bars, power bars, a deadlifting platform, an Olympic lifting platform and more. If you want someone where to level up this is it. I have made more progress in at year at M43 than I have at any other gym in the same amount of time. Oh! I cant forget to mention the infrared Sauna!!! My God if you have never had the opportunity to use one you are missing out. This is the best all around gym in the Lansing area without a doubt. I can do CrossFit in here without paying $125+ per month. The equipment is all newer Rogue branded. As someone who has a sedentary profession, I have tried and failed numerous times to be more active and take better care of myself. M43 Fitness changed that completely for me! I feel and look better than I have since I was a kid. The owners are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've been with M43 since they've opened and my results are definitely coming in! I'm sticking to the mobile app they can provide to members and the workouts will definitely push your limits. The app will ask questions before you use it to specifically target your goals and you can always change it up whenever you need to. If you're even remotely serious about your fitness, crossfit, Olympic lifting or in my case Powerlifting it's the home for you in Lansing. I've been here for almost a yr now. Great owner and staff, very knowledgeable powerlifting coach on staff also. Always open to new equipment ideas and keeping an up to date facility from the sauna to the ssb, squat bar and Powerbars on the racks, multiple deadlift platforms. Thompson fat pad benches around for us bigger guys. Always open and friendly for even the most fresh beginners that walk in the door. They have built a fantastic atmosphere. Great gym! The owner and community is beyond welcoming and friendly! The owner is very knowledgeable and was more than happy to let me try the gym free for a day before buying a membership. The equipment is a cut above the rest of the places around the area, with a lot of variable and NEW equipment. Great place to workout! The equipment is top-of-the-line and not you would normally find at commercial gyms. Lots of space for functional fitness training and the place is never packed.
