Mai created the most beautiful three tier, 120 person, semi-naked wedding cake for a wedding this week at Buckland Hall. The cake was for a very special couple who I had the privilege of assisting as a planner.

As a wedding planner, I have to have the utmost trust in the quality of the service(s) or product(s) I recommend to my clients and Mai was a true professional and creative right the way through.

We started with a taster sample a few weeks before the wedding and then moved onto brainstorming style using inspiration images from floristry to dresses and more.

The cake tasted delicious on the night (suppliers were invited to taste) and the fact that it disappeared very quickly was a very good sign!

I highly recommend Mai and I will be raving about her to my future clients on and off line.

You will not be disappointed.

We would just like to say, thank you so much to Mai for our amazing, delicious cupcakes that she made for our recent wedding at Old Down Manor.
The display looked beautiful and we were so pleased with them. They were worth every single penny and we can’t thank Mai enough for doing such a fantastic job!
By the end of the night there was no cupcakes left.... but luckily I got mum to save us one each and they were so YUMMY!
We recommend you try Mai’s cakes,you will not be disappointed,they are so moist and the raspberry Italian buttercream is to die for.
