I was recommended this service for my wedding by a friend who was helping me in the planning process, and I'm really glad it worked out! The staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person. Being that my wedding was a getaway wedding, they were exceptionally flexible working with the distance in terms of down-payments and adjustments to the timing of everything. They were very reliable anytime I had a question or wanted to confirm our plan. Although they were a little bit later than we had planned for the initial pick-up, my morning had also been running late so it worked out well (perhaps one of my bridesmaids had contacted them about our delay ) The prices were more than comparable to all other limo dealers, but Gardenia Limo was fantastic in that our post-ceremony plans for photo locations changed on the spot when our photographer requested something else, and our limo was "ours for the day" just as he had promised! It was a clean, fun, smooth, comfortable, safe transit wherever we went, with good A.C., lots of water bottles to stay hydrated (this was July), colorful lights for a more upbeat ambiance, and full control over the music with both AUX and commercial-free radio options. I have been using Gardenia Limousine for over 10 years. What pleases me the most is their record for ALWAYS being on time or a few minutes early - never late. The minute I enter the limousine , I sit back and relax, knowing I'm in a clean vehicle, with a driver who travels the roads professionally and at a safe speed. My itinerary has been programmed into their computer, and any updated travel information such as flight delays at airports has been noted and discussed with me. If there has been a significant change, I receive a phone call in advance, giving me a heads-up, so we can adjust our pickup time. I use Gardenia approximately 6 times a year since I retired, but had used their services much more often when I worked, not only for the reasons stated above, but also the ease of making a reservation, and their reasonable pricing policy. My family and friends have come to rely on them as well, as I highly recommend Gardenia to neighbors, friends and business associates.You will never be disappointed if you call Gardenia, And "thank you so much for the amenities" waiting for me in the back tray! My husband and I use Gardenia Limo at least 4-8 times during the year. The whole process from making the reservation to our trip home is seamless and is reasonably priced. .
