This is the first and only pet spa I would take my puppy Kodak to. I highly recommend this place because the owners are genuine and they take their time to get your puppy comfortable. They also take their time on grooming and working on your pups beauty ! They also have puppy obedience training from levels 1-3 that we weren't even considering on ever giving Kodak. It was such a great experience that we were excited to start a training class. They treated us as if they knew us for years and it felt great to feel comfortable. They organize fantastic and enriching community events, carry the best products, and are fun to boot! Let me start off by saying M&M Pet Boutique is the place to go for all your pets needs. I have a 5 month old beagle his name is Odi and they do such a good job with their de-shedding baths for my Odi, he came in with fur falling off everywhere and left looking fabulous! !! Also, they provide Zignature which I recommend it is very well for dogs with allergies and it has no fillers added. I never knew this, they were the one who told me all this info and you should try out M&M if you love your pet and want them to look fabulous as well!! Highly recommend!! Our puppy Freddie has used most of the services available at M&M Pet Boutique - doggy day care, pick up and drop off, dog walks, and grooming. The store is so clean and welcoming, and I know that Freddie is always in the safest hands with M&M. They really care about Freddie and treat him like a part of their own family. And he loves them so much that sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave the store at the end of the day! All the dogs get so much personalized love and attention from Manny, Mindy, and their gorgeous kids. They have even helped Freddie overcome his nerves in the car and called me after a vet visit to make sure that he was feeling better. M&M is great! Our puppy Winnie has been there for doggy day care, grooming, and overnight boarding. Winnie loves going and it's clear that they treat her so well. I was nervous to have her stay overnight for the first time, but they took amazing care of her and treated her like a family member. It's so lovely that they go above and beyond sending lots of photos and videos throughout the day - who wouldn't love that?! Their kids are also super cute and will often play with all the pups at the store after school, so I love that Winnie gets some one on one time to play with kids. Have 2 teacup Yorkies. Came to this location after 3 other pet grooming places in the neighborhood. The other 3 locations left my puppies hair cut uneven. One thing I do suggest is to have all your puppies paperwork in order. May seem cumbersome at first but rather have a business that follows all the rules and don’t cut corners. Love the fact that they took their time and made sure the puppies were completely comfortable and had an easy going experience. They made sure everything was perfect when we picked them up. Mildred and Manny are the best! They really took good care of my baby. He had a really bad case of fleas and they made sure he was flea free by the time he left. They recommended me some great products to keep the fleas away and now my baby is officially flea free! The boutique also has the cutest clothes and accessories for dogs. Abdolutley amazing! Ridgewood needed a #doggydaycare and #grooming spot, but we’re very lucky that we got one as good as M&M

Lets start with the fact that I, as well as probably 100% of people reading this review spoil my furry Labrador baby. He goes to doggy day cate three times a week, and gets a wash every month. There are places around where I can have him play with other dogs, and get a bath - but M&M makes it feel like Lou is going to a family member!

Kind, knowledgable...and truly in love with dogs of all kind. My mind is at ease when I drop him off. Thank you for opening this business!

Also, if you have a big dog, an especially one that leaves all his fur behind on a single shake when taking a bath - fear no more. M&M has a large self serviced bath tub, with a super powerful dryer at your disposal.

I myself own a Doggie Daycare,Dog Training business and because I’m such a firm believer in supporting small businesses I stopped by to introduce myself and check out the place since it was in the neighborhood that I live in. I am so happy that they did everything necessary to make their Establishment as amazing as they did. I LOVE the fact that it’s not just a room thrown together, like other places. This is by far the best pet boutique store in New York. You can do get so many services here from supplies, to dog grooming and even a dog day care service where the owners take care of your dog! The owners are truly passionate about making sure your pet is taken care of. The store is beautiful with nice colors and you can’t resist taking a picture with the dog park mural on the wall.
