Where do I even begin? LFW is INCREDIBLE. We were planning a Banff wedding, but live in Houston, so finding the right coordinator was key. Not only were we looking for professional, organized, experienced planning assistance, we wanted to actually like the people we worked with! From the very first Skype session I had with Lynn, I knew that we would hire them. It's clear that Lynn is an expert in everything weddings, and that she hires only the most dedicated and amazing planners and coordinators to work with her clients.

We worked with Amy Nelson, and hired LFW for partial planning and day of services. Wow. Amy is just downright awesome, like, I want to be friends with her on the regular. She's incredibly laid back, has a fantastic sense of humor, and truly cares for her clients. She kept us on track always, and offered her sincere, honest opinion whenever we asked for it.

But what blew us away, what made our wedding so special, is what Amy and Lynn did that weekend. We live in Houston, and our home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey - ONE WEEK before our wedding day. Amy had to call us to find out if we'd even have the wedding, and when I told her there was no way in hell I wasn't walking down that aisle, she and Lynn went above and beyond to ensure our entire weekend in Banff was a dream. From making us famous with the staff at the Banff Springs, to hosting us for champagne in the lounge upon arrival, to the extras and the requests to our other vendors, they were spectacular.

There are no words that can express the heartfelt gratitude and appreciation that my husband and I have for Amy and Lynn, and their whole team. We've been married over three months, and writing this review brings tears to my eyes even today.

Oh - and the wedding? It was executed flawlessly. These people are LEGIT! So if you're considering hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, look no further. You found your team, and probably a new friend or two. More...

Our wedding was this past February at the Banff Springs and Lynn Fletcher's team exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate enough to be placed with Stephanie Lagrange and we couldn't have been in better hands. She made the whole planning process a breeze and was able to bring our vision to life. Everything was exactly how we imagined it. Our wedding day was stress free as Steph and her team kept things running on schedule and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Lynn Fletcher and her team are true professionals. Lynn treated us like we were family while not missing a single detail. My wife and I were married at the beautiful Banff Springs Fairmont where they have up to 5-6 weddings in a weekend . Our bartender told me that in his 6 years at the hotel this was one of the best weddings he’s worked yet which we give all of the credit to Lynn and her team. We live in California so everything was setup remotely over FaceTime and email. Amazingly you would have thought we had met in person numerous times. Lynn did the set up and take down for our daughters wedding in Canmore on Oct.20. The attention to detail with the set up exceeded all expectations and not having to worry about taking everything down the night of was fantastic. Decor neatly put away for pickup the next day. If I could give them a million stars, I would have!

My husband and I worked with Ashley and Lynn for our big day. We used the deluxe coordination package for our Banff Springs wedding. From day one of working with them, they were extremely polite, passionate, helpful, responsive, and creative. LFW team has carried themselves in such a professional manner that not only they impressed us, they impressed our families and guests as well.

Throughout the planning process they were patient and genuine with their comments and recommendations. Their vendor recommendations were incredible. LFW them took pride in their work. The day of the wedding, they took an amazing control of the event and took great care of our guests. They went above and beyond to organize memorable and flawless wedding for us. The results were an event, design, and decor that was unreal! It certainly WOWed everyone. I had a fairytale wedding that will be remembered and talked about for the years to come!

Amy from Lynn Fletcher Weddings was our wedding coordinator for our wedding this past June. We worked closely with Amy for 1. 5 years towards planning our wedding, and cannot more wholeheartedly recommend her and the entire LFW team for wedding planning design and execution. Our wedding fell towards the farther end of the spectrum in terms of complex logistical coordination as we essentially had two separate receptions back-to-back at Norquay and the Fairmont Banff Springs, both of which went off perfectly. Additionally, we are also likely among the more detail-oriented people, and Amy showed tremendous care and attention to detail around both the big and little things. She also had a fantastic eye for matching our decor and design preferences with the appropriate vendors and adding her own creative touches throughout. Literally ALL of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended in their lives, and a large part of that was due to Amy and LFW's unbelievable design and execution talent. We knew we were in safe hands throughout the planning process and on the day of, and it really made us feel so calm and just able to have the most fun throughout. We were booked by Lynn Fletcher Weddings as the children's entertainment for a family event they put together for one of their previous wedding clients. The theme of the event was an outdoor garden party and although it was raining extremely hard all morning, their team worked with smiles, professionalism and put together a truly incredible and elegant looking party. The clouds eventually parted and their hard worked paid off resulting in a very happy client!

LFW is amazing!! I hired LFW as my wedding planner for my destination wedding at the Chateau Lake Louise in May. I selected the deluxe package which consisted of all-inclusive planning assistance of my wedding from start to finish, including day of coordinating. Once I decided on the location and date I was a bit nervous planning a wedding from about 4,500km away, but from the first inquiry email to my first phone call with Lynn herself and then assigned Amy (my planner) my nerves were immediately put at ease. They make planning a wedding as stress-free as they can. They provide all the additional information from recommendations for photographers, DJs/music, wedding cake, videographers, stationary, officiants anything and everything you need they can provide the information and suggestions for. Amy and I had regular scheduled phone calls but she was always available over email if I had any questions or concerns. The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish of the planning stage. Now to the wedding day, Amy made this day absolutely stress-free not only for me but for our families. Amy and her team coordinated everything for the whole day. I honestly could not have asked for a better team! LFW and Amy are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them for a wedding planner.
