How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
My philosophy is that you are what you eat and everyone can takes steps, no matter how small, to improve their food choices and lifestyle. Eating a healthy, balanced diet has a positive impact not only on your physical health but your mental health too.
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything food! I get to think, talk and research food day in and day out and everyday is different. I particularly enjoy teaching and empowering others to make the right choices for their personal situations as well as busting those diet myths that we hear daily!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for many years in the NHS I wanted to try working for myself in the hope I could fit it around my family. It gives me the variety and flexibility that I require.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am highly motivated, conscientious, with a positive 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills. I work closely with clients, supporting them to achieve sensible goals and work creatively to provide practical dietary advice for real people to enjoy everyday life.
