I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to share my thoughts and experience. I was worried at first to trust a stranger with my wedding dress. Also, the fabric of my dress is very delicate and had a lot of bead detailing. I'm simply amazed by the seamstress' work and everyone was very friendly and patient with me. I found luxury alterations through internet when it is only left about 30days to my D-day, I found one dress from Audrey herbern and excited about it if I can find someone can tailor it completely. Fantastic alterations service: I just picked up my finished wedding dress. It's an incredibly delicate piece and I was worried about how the alterations can be done, especially as I wanted to change the whole top and needed it to be in line with the original style. Ingrida listened to me from beginning to end, making it really easy for me to weigh in and make decisions even though I don't know the first thing about dress construction. She made me feel that I was part of the creation process, which makes the dress so much more special. The final result is incredibly high quality and I can't wait to wear the dress on my special day. Ingrida did an amazing job with my dress, I can't recommend her enough. The dress was one size bigger but was so delicate, I couldn't trust anyone with it, but now it fits like a glove and you would never be able to tell that it has been altered. Top quality!

For all new brides, no job is too complex for Luxury alterations. I was anxious that my vintage style lace dress with a long train would be difficult to alter but Ingrida made it fit like a glove and flatter me! I used luxury alterations after purchasing a dress in the sale that was a size 16 however,
when it was time for my fitting I got down to a size 10. I only had two fittings and the dress was a perfect fit.

I got my wedding dress on sale and it needed a lot of work.  My friend recommended Luxury Alterations, giving them a lot of praise, which is who I decided to turn to.

Firstly, I felt so comfortable bringing my dress to a proper bridal boutique. Secondly, I was so pleased with getting a personal and private consultation. The very experienced fitter explained to me, in detail, the whole process and the prices. I left my dress in the shop with no worries and when I came back in 2 weeks for a second fitting, I was amazed at how perfectly my dress fit me.  A week before my wedding, I collected my dress, which was beautifully steamed and packed.

Luxury Alterations did an amazing job for my evening dress, it was too long and didn't fit well. As the dress was expensive and very delicate i was worried to use just any company. Having visited an abundance of alteration services and having been let down by every single one, I was beginning to panic about my wedding dress which no longer fit me. However, I luckily came across Luxury Alterations and was more than impressed from the initial phone conversation... Everything was explained in detail, and every question that I had, was patiently addressed. Ingrida managed to fit me in to her diary with plenty of time until the Big Day, in order to make me feel calm about the situation. The home visit was wonderful, as everything was explained once again, and suggestions were made to what would make me look even more wonderful on my special day.
