Luxe Marquees are a breath of fresh air. Very prompt, very professional, friendly and a joy to work with. We discussed what I wanted over the phone, pictures of their work were sent over to me to view, we had a member of staff come to look at the area we wanted the marquee in even though we had sent measurements over. Friendly, professional marquee hire service.
The package was reasonably priced with all the features that were important to me included in the price.
Communication was prompt and they were able to work around my schedule with set up and take down.

All in all, a really pleasant experience with a fantastic result. The marquee looked very professional and sleek once it was all set up, and my guests thoroughly enjoyed the party.

I contacted Luxe Marquees, at very short notice when plans changed for my Daughters first birthday party.
I spoke to Kiran and she liaised with me throughout, she instantly put my mind at ease and I felt confident, we were in capable hands.
It's been so refreshing to experience some great customer service, as it's not often found these days and in my experience, especially in this sort of market.
On the day of setup and take down, Amardeep and his team were punctual, polite and efficient. Leaving us with a great looking marquee which was neatly installed.
