I've been training on aerial silks with Brittany of Lux Performance Arts for about a couple of years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. She is incredibly patient and supportive but also challenges you and helps you to become a better aerialist. She is great at explaining and demonstrating body position and how to move your body properly. She can also spot your weaknesses and strengths and train them wisely.
