Best pt I've had pushes you to your limits and beyond. I used her to put some size and gain some strength in my legs, I gained a lot more then I would have done on my own.

Iv been going to Sharlott for 8 weeks now and I can see the difference she works you hard but that is why you get a pt very friendly and encouraging I never new I could do some of the things Iv done. I have been going to Charlotte since September 2016. I had never liked going to the gym and shied away from weights, as had no idea what I was doing! ! Since having PT with Charlotte this has all changed. She makes you feel really comfortable and gives you the confidence to push yourself. I am probably one of Charlottes oldest clients being 48 and certainly not the smallest either at size 16. I was worried at first about being seen working out with all my wobbly bits wobbling but Charlotte soon puts you at ease and guides you through the T & Cs. That has only ever meant to me in my working life as terms and conditions. With Charlotte it's about Technique and Control over your movements. Without these anyone could injure yourself or not see the progression we all seek. I would certainly recommend Charlotte to any male or female wanting clear guidance in a safe controlled environment, who wants to tone up, slim down or just shape your body. More...

Another awesome session with Sam this morning!! Personally i love these 30 min intense session In-between my regular daily workouts. Lux fitness was started in 2013 after years of working in the fitness industry and seeing how many Fads and generic information was out there we decided to make a change to educate as many people as possible. With over 19 years of experience in the fitness industry Lux fitness has a successful track record at what they do. Lux trainers are professional, motivated and strive to ensure clients achieve there goals. We offer a free online consultation so you have nothing to lose.

Services

Online 1-2-1 personal training, work with our professional experienced trainers exclusively from anywhere in the world. We offer discounts on block bookings or simply PAYG

Our nutritional program begins with a consultation and some questions about your current eating habits, likes, dislikes, allergies and any limitations. We then create a bespoke nutritional plan with all the information with have gathered and in line with your goal. You receive a weekly check in with our nutritional coach and any necessary amendments.

We offer face to face personal training in the Lake District, we travel to you, fresh towels and water are provided along with all equipment. We offer group training to make personal training more affordable and also couples and of course 1-2-1

We offer corporate training at exceptional rates for businesses who want to give there staff the opportunity to re-energise, it's proven that exercise increases concentration and focus, so why not have your team at the top of there game!

6 week Body Transformation program,Half hour consultation before and after program. 3 x 1 hour sessions per week for 6 weeks. Included in the program is a 7day meal plan. Measurements before and after the 6 weeks. Initial 30 min consultation after program. Clients with the best results will receive a extra week of 3 more sessions as a REWARD for their achievement.

3 sessions a week for 3 weeks. Each session is a hour! This is a good way to get you started or back into a routine if you have had a break.

A high intensity workout keeping the heart rate up during a short period. This session is a one to one with your personal trainer either face to face or online.
