We had Chris cater for a night's shoot for our short film. A fantastic service from initial enquiry to packing up on the day - friendly and really easy to communicate with, Chris was happy to adapt to late changes we had to make and welcoming of everyone's individual dietary requirements. A fantastic person to have on set, Chris entertained the crew as well as providing a professional service, the food setting the cast and crew up for a long and cold night's filming. Can't recommend Lush Catering highly enough, Chris provided the BBQ for my birthday party this weekend. The menu options were excellent and offered a great range with something for everyone including gluten free options and even a plate of sandwiches for my fussy friend. His set up is professional and organised and as I work in the trade I was very impressed with his level of care and attention to food hygiene through the midday heat. A big thank you to Chris and his guys for the fantastic food and amazing cheesecakes they provided for our wedding last Saturday, all the way down here in Dorset. Possibly the best turkey we have ever tasted....ever! Chris was super helpful and professional from day one. No need to worry about the all important Christmas turkey. The most amazing easybake turkey crown was hand delivered, as promised, before we went away. Tasty, delicious and very very easy to cook even when away in a forest lodge with a different oven than I was used to. Chris and his team did a great job last weekend on our Spring Ball. The food went down well with everyone, which was well served despite having 400 hungry Medics who all wanted to be fed at once! Feedback from all guests were especially glowing with regards to the staff who were all extremely lovely and helpful. I would book Lush Catering and Events Ltd. for any event in an instance. Chris is so friendly and caters for every need.

I originally wanted to book BBQ catering at my house for 20 people and understandably, these numbers are quite low by Chris agreed to cater to 25 people. The event ended up being for 30 anyway which was an easy change to add numbers.

Chris came for a site visit and explained how the day would work - and on the day turned up with plenty of time. He’d made a bespoke menu based on what I’d asked for at a great price.

The food is absolutely fantastic; I am still thinking about it! Chris caters everything from the food to the crockery to the sauces so there was nothing I had to worry about. You can tell by the flavour of this food that it is good quality and worth the money.

Second time we’ve used Lush Catering in 6 months and again Chris and his team did not disappoint! We had a BBQ this time and it was fantastic. . good quality meats, salads and cheeses and the lemon brûlée and strawberry and clotted cream cheesecakes are to die for �! Chris is very helpful and very accommodating we would have no hesitation in recommending Lush catering just a shame we have no more events coming up! What to say, that hasn’t already been said on here before. Chris and his team were amazing for our wedding a couple of weeks ago catering for 125-150 people. Right from the start when we first made contact in 2016, nothing was too much of a problem and would always reply promptly by phone or email for any questions we had - No stone left unturned and really kept us at ease throughout the whole process right up to the day itself.

Soooo many comments from guests saying how amazing the bbq was, including massive compliments to the whole team who were really friendly and explained what was on offer, where it came from etc and really took the time to engage with everyone which was above and beyond our expectations.

Chris went and did a site visit the week before to check everything out with the owner of the venue, and was there the day before as well to begin setting up for the next day. A good 50-60 mile round trip for him each time. He also bought the bride (now my wife) a bouquet of flowers and gave them to her in the morning. Again, going the extra mile to make our day special.

We also had Lush do an evening buffet for us, which again was epic - deserts, the lot. Don’t hesitate in having them at your event for catering the whole day, as they were great. Other service providers on the day were not as straightforward or easy and Chris and his team were the best choice we made. We looked at 3 different companies but they stood out. Price was also more than reasonable compared to others which made it even more of a good decision. The only downside being the wife keeps commenting on how good Lush Chris is. �

If I ever have another event (hopefully not another wedding;), then Lush Catering would definitely be my first choice without hesitation.

Chris and his team are amazing he is so accommodating, he constantly kept in touch leading up to our event on the 15th July, My Husbands 55th Birthday BBQ. They turned up in plenty of time and set up their amazing stand they had bought everything even a few extras, all our guests were so impressed with the food his lime and chilli butterfly chicken is to die for. The food was of very good quality and freshly prepared right in front of you, his prices are very good if I had tried to do what he did for that price I would not have been far out and I would have had to stand over a hot BBQ all day and worry if I was cooking it properly. He had everything ready for the time we asked this meant all the guests could eat at the same time, the only thing that let us down was England as that was the cup final day and it would have been brilliant to have England Play in it . I will definitely be using Chris again not only for BBQ But also for indoor winter events I have heard he does a mean curry. More...

As I get older, I find entertaining friends to meals is becoming tiring, so I have been entertaining less and less. This bothered me as I have always enjoyed having friends to meals. Now I have found an excellent solution. Chris Wallis, from Lush Catering will come to the house and prepare and serve just what we decide between us to serve.
