I had a last minute request and they nailed it! Needed a fast delivery for my mother's 92nd birthday and they pulled it off - same day - with a beautiful, fresh arrangement delivered to her door. I didn’t know that this type of customer service still existed. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister-in-law who is hospitalized. I live in Detroit and found Lush online. I sent the flowers to the wrong hospital. It was 100% my error. Not only was it the wrong hospital, but it was in the wrong city. Lush called to inform me that they had attempted to deliver, but could not. When I realized the hospital was in Sun City and not Phoenix, I anticipated an angry response and many additional charges. Instead, I was met with understanding and kindness. Lush actually delivered my flowers to Sun City at no extra charge and could not have been nicer. Great service and gorgeous flowers. While driving in a car halfway across the country, I had to order flowers to be delivered at a hotel in Phoenix - just a couple of hours before closing time. Amazing company!! Hands down best customer service I've ever received when ordering flowers. I had a last minute order, late in the day, on one of their busiest days. They were technically closed already, but the lady who answered the phone (the owner, possibly) still offered to do a same day delivery for me. The driver worked later than his shift to make sure they were delivered. That type of dedication is unheard of. They definitely take their job seriously, and clearly understand the emotion behind ordering flowers for loved ones. The flowers arrived and were beautiful. Well worth the price! These people are great.  I just called to place an order they were amazing and were able to do same day delivery.  They honored a coupon for me that I should have been in store to use which was very nice.  Their prices are amazing as well.  Kudos to the staff.  I can't wait to see the flowers that will brighten my friends bday.   Will update once the flowers arrive but so far a 5 star rating for sure.
