Before I came to lunula I was having constant acrylics which were ruining my nails - after a few visits to this lovely little salon I have been completely converted to gels. The girls at Lunula are absolutely lovely. I can't recommend them enough. I always book in with Kat, and whatever ideas I come up with she does what she can to accommodate. I travel 45mins to get pampered and enjoy every minute of it. I have no worries that if I can't get in with Kat any if the girls will do an amazing job. I’ve been here twice, the first time with a friend and second for an eyelash extension appointment and even from just the two times of visiting the girls here, I know this is going to be a long term fix for me. They’re all so lovely and incredibly welcoming, I can’t recommend them enough! I came in today to have gel nails done with Nikki, it was first time at Lunula. It’s safe to say I’ve found my new nail salon! Booked to take my daughter In law to be for a treat (pre engagement announcement) needed her to have fabulous nails for the occasion! I booked in with Lucy and I went along to make sure everything was ok! Lucy was fab! nails look amazing and natural as we chose the gel extend! I loved it so much I booked in to have mine done 2 weeks later and I will defo be a regular! Lovely salon, friendly and easy to park etc. Plus Lucy is easy to get along with and an expert at nails! For anyone who hasn't tried Lunula.......go for it! This is SERIOUSLY the best Salon around and I wouldn't say that lightly. Such a friendly, caring and professional atmosphere and service. Each staff member is fantastic at their job and provide quality, safe and perfect treatments. I've been to other salons over the years and some have botched their treatments and actually performed unsafe/unclean treatments. You will NEVER experience such at Lunula. Alicia and the team are always innivative and have a wealth of knowledge in their field. Just had underarm wax with Lizzie (not had this for years) and brow shape, tint and lip wax with Chloe. Before I even had my first appointment with Carolyn I had already booked a further two appointments for later in the year and I am so glad I did. Carolyns skill level is fantastic. Her attention to detail and steady hand is one of the best I have seen, after spending well over a year trying to find an independently run salon, and after having my nails done by Carolyn I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. The salon is so friendly and helpful and it's been probably one of (if not the best) salon experience I've had to date. All of the girls are so friendly, warm and cheerful - lovely conversation and they're all incredibly polite. I first visited the salon last year for a late Mother’s Day prezzie. It was the first time I’ve ever been to have my nails done professionally. I absolutely loved it. Nikki, who did my nails, made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. I was so pleased with my nails ,I’ve been going every 3 wks ever since. Nikki comes up with some great ideas for my nails and I’m always pleased with out come. My favourite to date is my beautiful pink Pop art nails especially done for my Pink concert. I've been here the last 8 times for my nails on recommendation from my sister.
