Best Vietnamese in Cochrane! Just tried this restaurant for the first time last month and ended up going back within a week. Fresh food full of flavour in large portions. The first time I had the peanut sate beef soup and the second time the vermicelli bowl with spring rolls and chicken. Both were delicious with so many amazing flavours. The service is good, the menu is interesting, the food is delicious. I just found the dish was a smaller serving and I left hungry. It was a full meal serving tho.I could have eaten much more. And I'm not a huge.eater any more.But it's a good restaurant and really worthy of a try.It would deserve 5 stars in my eyes if I didn't leave hungry.Next time I think I'm going to try something with a bit bigger serving! Went to Luna for lunch and had a fantastic meal. This is the most authentic Vietnamese food in Cochrane and NW Calgary. My wife and I stumbled upon this place Last summer while we were visiting Cochrane. Our original plan was just to go for some ice cream but my wife was hungry. She likes all types of food or as I am a more of a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I have never eaten Vietnamese food before so was hesitant but the large patio and the sunny day convince me to take a shot. From what I gather this is a family establishment with the mother doing the cooking. I could not find this site on Google to review which is why it's taking me so long to post this review. Overall I found the food to be enjoyable. I can't really comment on how it then take it was but it was very tasty. The wait staff weren't very helpful in recommending what to try but they were able to steer me away from things I knew I wasn't going to like. I would definitely come here again. More...
