Where to start...My friend and myself each had appointments as soon as the salon was open. We were greeted at the door by the lovely Tina with a huge smile, once inside we were offered tea and coffee and made to feel most welcome it was like going to visit a friend. .I opted for a short pink cut while my friend had a root smudge and ash blonde. We were both talked thru the whole process and Tina and KerriAnn went way above and beyond..I have never been to a nicer friendlier salon, the girls are so professional yet extremely down to earth and nothing was too much trouble..We are both delighted with the results as we both got exactly what we asked for..Ladies if your looking for a fantastic friendly professional salon, then I highly recommend Luminous Tones. I have only been going to this salon since October but I leave never disappointed! Staff are always lovely and welcoming, I take my hat off to both Tina and Kerrianne. Kerrianne done my hair and makeup for my mums wedding 2 days ago and I have to say I was absolutely in love with it! I don't get my makeup done very often, I have got it done in two different makeup places that have high reputations and I did not feel comfortable with the look however I felt comfortable in my own skin when kerrianne done it! My mum also had a problem with her wedding hair and Tina was able to come 20 minutes before the salon even opened in order to accommodate her for her wedding! My mum was worried about how her hair was going to turn out but she loved it, it stayed in all day and she had many MANY compliments.Thank you so much luminous tones! More...
