This is typically carried out on our client’s site in a small setting. It can also be executed via video conferencing and webinar facilities. When we work in group settings, we draw on the contributions of all group members to develop solutions that are greater than what any one individual group member could generate. The camaraderie and team ethic that is developed in the process, contributes to creating an atmosphere which is conducive to the thriving and growth of each group member.
