This was my first experience with any type of counselling. I was really struggling for the last few months but especially the last couple of weeks. I felt reluctant to book an appointment but I am very happy I did. Ash was great at just letting me speak and open up. He guided the conversation to where he thought my greatest struggles were at that time and I left feeling much better and also with some clarity to the situation at hand.
