Keep notes of any phone conversations had regarding details of your cleaning prior to their arrival. My husband was told that she has too many conversations and could not remember what she and I had discussed (I was not home when they arrived). What we love love the most is when we walk into a dirty home and leave it clean and fresh. A smile on our client's face is worth a million.

Tired of working for people without any recognition. It feel very rewarding now to work for myself.
