When I first mentioned I wanted a birth photographer everyone around me said that that's a lot of money just get newborn photos but I knew that I wanted to capture the raw images of our journey and not just the birth and although I only have my sneak peak photos so far, I can tell that these are exactly what I wanted and what I needed. It's a birth story that I want to be able to look back on and remember how me and my son first got to meeting and the hard work me and my husband did to meet him. Jenn was so amazing. She was so professional but at the same time, so warm and comforting. We only have a little preview of her work, we should get the rest back in a couple weeks, but I can tell already that we will LOVE and cherish these photos forever. She captured the raw emotion of labor, my husband and my connection, and the love for our daughter in her very first moments. We had so much fun capturing our newborn baby experience with Jenn! She is a joy to work with- she is smart and kind and easy-going;
she has a great heart, and a great eye. Now looking at my 3-month-old and barely remembering my newborn (that time was such a blur!) I am deeply grateful for the memento of our baby's 5th day and 1st bath. We will treasure our images forever.

We had the pleasure of working with Jen the day after our 2nd child was born and again at 4 months. The 'freshie sesh' was so relaxed and non-intrusive. We just did our thing, soaking up those precious first hours of our newborns life. Jen beautifully captured the joy on our daughter's face as she wrapped her little head around how this new baby suddenly appeared overnight. Since then, our days are busy and packed with the adventures of an energetic 2 year old and our new addition, not to mention the ever playful canine. What is so refreshing about Jen's work is that our family - those precious, loving, goofy moments - were truly captured in our second session. "She is so good" was what my husband kept repeating as we looked through our gallery. She is so good; I can't think of a better person to capture our life. I can't wait for the next time!
