Running is really simple. It’s also really easy to do wrong, hurt yourself and fall into bad habits. These bad habits end up in no progress, constant pain or just make running a bit crap. Coaching for beginners is about preventing that.

I have attended some Strength and Conditioning sessions run by Luke and they've been superb at such a ridiculously reasonable price.
The sessions are well run, challenging and hugely beneficial. I've attending HiiT style classes before with PT's of decades experience and they haven't come close. Luke has a great way of encouraging you but also not letting you slack (which is where I've found some PT's to lack).
Additionally, and most importantly, Luke has been instrumental in my take-up of running and rapid progress. As well as being an ever present coach at our running club, he has an excellent ability to motivate and I put my significant and rapid improvement largely down to him. The odd word of encouragement, praise such as a 'you have definitely got this' makes a huge difference to me and has done in the 7 months I have been running.
I am running half marathons this year but aim to do a marathon next year, I will most definitely be using Luke's services to provide and oversee my training plan. I highly recommend him.

Luke is so knowledgable when it comes to running and a few of his tips are really helping me with my running. He is also very approachable and willing to help anyone, no matter what their ability.
Will be using him for training plans when I start to run longer distance, wouldn’t go to anyone else now. Cannot recommend him enough!
