A top notch hometown Italian restaurant. If you are in the area, it is a must try! If you out of the area, make the journey for sure! ! Homemade everything from the sauces, bread, pasta, and desserts!! Staff are friendly and you may just get to meet the owners of they are not too busy cooking. Awesome place and a great atmosphere. You can eat by candlelight in the dining room or in the casual bar area which are on two opposite ends of the restaurant. I really wish I had photos to share of this place.. but here's a quick review..The smell of freshly made Italian bread and pasta wafts through the air as you come near it. The restaurant is kept clean and in a nice family friendly style.The food is delicious! The hot sausage and hot pepper pasta is definitely spicey so bring those tums or papaya I'd you love heat! The rest of the food is delicious with homemade bread baked daily and planet of beverages to keep even the driest sand dollar wet!The staff is super friendly and nice. The owner is often found walking the floor greeting and having a conversation with the clientele.Don't miss your chance to enjoy such a wonderful place to have dinner or lunch with your family, friends or co-workers you don't have have to pay for! The staff was super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The food was amazing!! Yes this place is like a true Italian ristorante. Great selection, very good prices and the home made sauces are like mamma made. The home made bread is pretty much the best you can find for 100 miles. Any Europeans that grew up on Vienna loaf this is it! I found this place while driving cross-country due to a billboard on the highway. It was a good four or five miles off the exit but it was well worth it. The decor and atmosphere of the place was excellent, the food was great, the portions were more than fair, and there was enough staff on to make sure that you never needed anything. This is a great family-owned and operated restaurant with friendly and attentive service of a sort that becoming harder to find in the service industry. The food is good solid comfort food, well-presented and well-flavored, and the menu ranges from heavy cheese and meat pastas to heathy soups and salads which are filling but much lower in calories (probably).
