Absolutely dreadful service. Kept a group of women waiting for an hour and kept lying saying they were 4 minutes away when there was no sign at all and a message had already said they had arrived. I am a regular customer, I had a taxi this morning driver overcharge😠😠😠 never use them again !!!

Absolutely shocking service. For nearly the entire journey, the driver was on his phone, playing a football-based game, steering with one hand. In parts he even have no hands on the wheel! He didn’t know where he was going and relied on his passengers to give out directions, and appeared annoyed when his intoxicated passengers responded with delay. Driver first tried to charge me 1.5 x of my quoted price (which was a lot as it was a long journey). He then refused to turn on the meter, then kicked me out when i tried to call the office for an explanation for the drastic price increase that he added and the fact that he wouldn't turn the meter on.

Not only did he leave me stranded at what would of been about a 4 hour walk home at 2.30am, but he was incredibly abusive to me for no reason other than me asking simple questions that required really simple answers. He didn't have simple answers because, to put it plainly, he was trying to rip me off, so he started being abusive to me. like literally swearing at me. Unbelievable.

Most of the phone staff were polite but i was waiting out on the street for another hour before I got a taxi. Every time I called the base they told me someone was on the way. Which was frustrating as it was now 3.30 in the morning (1 hour 15 mins since i first called the base) and about 4 lucky seven taxis with no passengers in them drove past me standing there freezing on the street.

No chance i'll be using again and will advise everyone else not to as well. More...

Booking was fine very fast but the driver I had almost hit a cyclist then he almost crashed into the back of a car at a set of traffic lights. .... The journey was fine after these little incidents but still I felt very unsafe with his driving ability More...
