Lucidity Solutions has been established to help people make a difference. This might be to their own lives – by setting up a small business – or it might be to the lives of others, through charities or social enterprises, or through education. Our services have been tailored to each of these client groups so that we can work together to create the best outcomes for you.

To make this difference, we’ve developed an approach that is rooted in common sense. We won’t throw business language at you, or baffle you with technology. Instead, we’ll listen, ask questions and seek clarification. This means that we can start from a shared understanding of what you and your organisation needs, and how we can work together to achieve results.

We draw on extensive experience in communication, strategy design and research, gained in over a decade of employment in the higher education sector and nearly two years as a standalone business.
