LTG is super cool!  The owner was very responsive and got back to me quickly.  I sent him photos, a description of what I wanted and the measurements.  As it turned out, my job (very narrow area on the side of my house) was too small for him (and most companies to be fair).  But he still went out of his way to help me. He let me know that pavers would be more cost efficient  than stamped concrete because of the size of the space. He also helped me by providing price estimates of my small job so that I don't get ripped off.  And he described what needed to get done by whoever I hire so that the person/company does it right.  So, I am super thankful to him for this. I can think of no better compliment to pay a general contractor than this:  If I were planning the work for exact same project again, I would choose the same contractor, Eduardo La Torre of LTG General Construction. First, a note about the project. The home that my husband and I bought is on a steep hillside and shares a driveway with two other houses. The decking and stairways (consisting of some 100+ stairs) were 30 years old and had been patched sloppily over the decades. The neighborhood is considered a high fire risk and comes with its own set of construction inspection requirements.  The project would require the pouring of additional concrete footings. Simply put, it was a complicated undertaking to see to completion.During the process of getting bids for the project, I faced quite a few interesting difficulties.  Some contractors did not want to work in my zip code (wow). Other asked to speak to my husband as they assumed he would be the true decision maker, being the man and all. One contractor told me that we would need to move out of our home for three months.  Another told me that it was very likely that, because of the cantilevers supporting part of the deck, the entire interior of the house would have to dismantled in order to replace them. And the idea of obtaining a permit, going through the process of inspections and doing the project in the professional way I was expecting was strongly discouraged. I will beg your pardon, but for a project that involves hundreds of thousands of dollars and is fairly complicated to execute, I expect professional standards and conduct. I also began to understand that because the project was a difficult one, many of the contractors were deflecting their internal doubts and insecurities onto me or the project.  They didn't want to admit they felt unsure of their own skills so they would find some reason to make the project ridiculously inconvenient or expensive.  So I kept calling to get more bids. From the beginning, I had an excellent experience with LTG. The first person to visit was a young man who gathered the basic facts and came up with a preliminary figure.  The next visit was from Mr. La Torre himself.  All of the rigmarole I had experienced with other contractors was completely missing in my interactions with him.  He, too, immediately recognized the various challenges he would face in completing the project, but unlike the other contractors, he spent his time thinking how he would solve each of them, utilizing creative problem solving and a positive attitude.  Although English is a second language for Mr. La Torre and the contract had some incorrect instances of grammar and spelling, the message that came across to my husband and I was his sincere interest in providing quality workmanship and professional service. I wasn't hiring him to write a contract, I was hiring him to build a lot of decking and stairs. And build a beautiful deck and stairs is exactly what LTG did. During the entire process, Mr. La Torre and his crew were respectful, communicated well with us on a timely basis, and generated creative solutions to get the work done, all while keeping us in our home.  On the day that the team removed the primary set of stairs that lead to our house, an alternative way of accessing the home had been put in place.  That evening, after a long day at work, my husband walked up this secondary path, came through the door and simply looked at me and said, "Seamless." That was a huge win for us, and Mr. La Torre's commitment to our specific requirements made the entire process much less painful than it would have been if I had chosen any of the other contractors. The completed work is a beautiful set of decks and stairs that we are thoroughly enjoying. We're very pleased with the work that LTG did and deeply appreciate his professionalism and competence. I highly recommend Eduardo La Torre and LTG General Construction! More...

I highly recommend you use LTG Quality Pavers for your job. They provided the best service at a reasonable price which was less than the other paver companies who advertise a lot. Their team was exceptional to work with and they are experts in the design and installation. We love the work they did in our large driveway, new walkway, and stairs for our ******** home. Quality and value by a team that cares for your job. We would be pleased to be a reference and you can see their work. Just ask them to give you our contact information. More...

These guys are great. Provided some great samples of work. Really knew what they were doing. In and out in about 2.5 days. Quality work and always left the site clean at the end of each day. Reasonably priced and worked smart. I would definitely used them again. I love it when contractors shows up at the time they committed and delivers a finished product that won't disappoint. Great quality materials, efficient and worked around our needs and timeline. We needed our side yard leveled and paved for a tuff shed and storage and looks great. The girls love running around on the their vehicles on it. More...

We had 4 companies come out to bid on our project. LTG was the most reasonably priced and their quote provided the most detail of the work that they would be doing (i. e. the excavation depth, materials to be used, compaction, 2945 sq ft of pavers, etc). The work started on time and was completed in the timeframe agreed to. The crew members were here when they said they would be and the workmanship is outstanding. We had a great experience with Eduardo and his staff. We will undoubtedly have other projects and look forward to working with LTG Quality Pavers again. More...

A great experience! The crew was professional and assisted in resolving drainage issues. I have a beautiful new driveway that drained perfectly in last nights heavy rain. The job was finished a day early and they were the low bidder.... More...

We are so thrilled to have such a spectacular looking driveway and porch.  Eduardo and his crew did a very good job and were detail oriented.  They were willing to work with us on a couple of changes, no problem!  We chose Eduardo because he is a small business owner AND because his estimate was way more affordable than the other two companies we got quotes from. Eduardo and his team did an excellent job. From being prompt with coming out to assess the work and give an estimate to the actual work. He lived up to his promises, which included bringing an electrician to get the electrical setup for my hot tub and low voltage lighting which needed to be routed under the pavers they installed. As for the pavers, they look amazing and LTG's prices were by far a lot more reasonable than anywhere else. We had over 1500 sq ft of pavers installed including a deck out of pavers and some benches/seating walls. I plan on using LTG for more landscaping work in the near future, highly recommended! We called LTG Quality Pavers to design and renovate our backyard. My family could not have been happier with our newly paved backyard and walkway The speed that these guys work and the attention to detail is superb. Eduardo was always available and made sure to oversee the process. Felipe was very patient in helping us choose the right materials so that the pavers come together as a whole with the house. Will definitely recommend to anyone who looks to have work done.Overall the job had a total of 1100 sqft and it was finished within the week. Again, these guys are fast and the quality of their work is impressive! They were always on time and ready for the day. Thank you Eduardo and your crew for our new backyard! More...

I interviewed 3 companies to remove old concrete and install new pavers as well as remove old grass and install synthetic lawn. After talking to the different company representatives I realized Edwardo was the owner of the company. I found him to be a man of integrity and therefore I chose his company. His men showed up on the date chosen and went to town removing the old concrete and grass. They re-adjusted my drainage and capped of sprinkle lines that would no longer be needed. Prior to installing the pavers and synthetic grass they made sure the drains worked and the water lines were correctly capped. The installation crew was fantastic. In 2 days approximately 900 sq. ft. of  pavers and 500 sq. ft. of grass was installed. I was given a 10 day window for completion and it was done in 9. If anyone is in need of having this type of work done I highly recommend LTG Quality Pavers. Also Edwardo has a fantastic design eye. I told him what I wanted and he suggested some alternatives that I am really happy I went with. More...

I hired this company for my backyard project. Eduardo helped me with the design.  It was consisted of approximately 1000 sq ft of pavers and 600 sq ft grass.  His crew promptly cleaned up my backyard and completed the major renovation within the estimated completion time.  His crews were professional and very easy to communicate.  We made some adjustments (added more paver area) and Eduardo was very accommodating. We plan to hire Eduardo for my front driveway project this fall. I strongly recommend him. I received two other bids from major paver installers in the area and his rate was the most reasonable.
