Wish I could give zero stars! Immoral, unscrupulous, untrustworthy, liars.... I could go on. Took our money (£550) on booking in April, confirmed booking twice Last time being 3 days before trip.
The day BEFORE we received a call saying “their driver was sick and would need to use an Agency driver” This, they said, would result in an additional £400....of which They “would absorb most of this cost” however we would need to pay them an additional £250 (which when I was at school is NOT Them absorbing most of the cost). We had the option of simply cancelling with full refund. They KNEW we had no option. We had 33 people expecting a bus, many travelling many miles to get it and booking accommodation etc. When we reluctantly agreed to pay extra, we stated we would take this further via our credit card company, so they promptly asked for bank transfer instead.
Coach itself was fine, and driver excellent, although it was Not Agency, simply another coach company and their driver.
Stay well away from this company! We booked them via Speed Coaches, who incidentally have exactly the same contact details.

Thank you to LP Coach Hire for covering our return journey from Bristol to Cardiff.It was a great service from the Operations team who confirmed and took our booking and Kevin our driver who was prompt and very helpful and it was a very pleasant journey from Bristol to Cardiff return. Amazing experience with this company. I made a last minute change and they accommodated in a very professional way and quick. Everything was on point, 5 stars definitely. The coach turned up on the right schedule, with a very welcoming attitude which made me felt like home. Never really into a long trip journey but the coach itself was very comfortable and pleasant. Hi,I have had a great experience with this travel company. They were friendly and very helpful, providing me with all the information I needed on the day of the trip. I booked and was speaking to a friendly staff over the phone and for a 3 day tour around Scotland with a group of friends, my husband and his family. I've booked a coach from London to Newcastle for my friend's stag with a decent price. Got a call from trivo travel and they were quick clear with our requests.
The driver was friendly and easy going. We had a great time at the stag as well as the journey there and back!
