From the start, Ro and his team at Loyalty have been clear, thorough, and honest. Communication with him was amazing! His wife is lovely and was so thorough and clear with emails and the contracts. It was a pleasure working with both of them. The quote and selection process: His quote was excellent, giving us the highest quality roof and underlayment matching the lowest price. (We received 5 or 6 total quotes). He listened carefully, amended the contract as needed, and gave us time to secure financing before proceeding. **No one pressured us in any way.** They were kind and accommodating, which is ultimately why we stuck with them. Loyalty. The name isn't a gimmick; it's who they are. Days leading up: excellent communication. I knew exactly when they'd arrive, where the dumpster and materials would be, and how long it'd take. He was perfect on every end of this. He has his own dumpster, which was in and out in under 24 hrs and perfectly placed. Day of: he showed up on time, had his own bathroom facilities for his crew (Who does that?!? What a pro!), and got right to work! They did a 2500 sf two-story house in a day, took down the stupid antenna from 1980, added a vent pipe, and put on 2 rain diverters. They cleaned up nicely, left only a small glove and a two nails (in the bushes). That's impressive!Beyond: You'd never even know the production that went on in just a day unless you witnessed it. Romulo and team repaired our roof in Fall 2018. Our issue was physically small but had potential to do great damage. We had a leak into our family room that originated from the design of the roof around the chimney. Romulo was not our first contact, rather, my husband had called several other companies closer in proximity to us. These companies either didn't return our call after detailed messages were left, gave us a distant date to evaluate or just outwardly refused our business. No one was interested in a small job. We were frustrated, to say the least. From the first moment of contact, Romulo treated us and this job with respect, recognizing it was a small repair but that it was imperative to correct it to avoid further damage. His full scope of work was comprehensive- from initial evaluation, to redesign of the roof configuration around the chimney, to special ordering a new chase for the chimney and finally to the work itself, even working himself into the night before to clear ice to ensure the job could get done and get done right. It was freezing the day of the job and Romulo's crew kept going, no short cuts, to completion. We are incredibly thankful to Romulo because he genuinely cared about us. The path to completion wasn't perfect. We did have chase ordering hiccups and other jobs delaying him getting to us, but most importantly, he kept in contact through all to relay what was happening. This gave us peace of mind, knowing how busy he was, yet he took the time to reassure us that we were still a priority. He and I had several text exchanges/phone calls through this time and as I told him after all was done, we fully respected him because he respected us and our little roof repair. He, as a businessman, recognizes that if he builds a relationship with a customer on a small job, that customer is going to remember him for subsequent and bigger jobs. We enthusiastically recommend talking to Loyalty Roofing for your roofing needs. This is not your ordinary company. They are very responsive, and they present their material extremely well. They are happy to answer your questions and concerns, and they do so honestly, which is very respectful. We had a lot of questions and they wanted to make sure all our concerns were addressed, which we appreciated very much. Their prices are great compared to others, especially considering the time they put in to provide great service. They provide ample pictures of the roof before, during and after the job, which is very helpful and informative. One small detail of note: all of the companies we had quotes from didn't bother climbing the roof, but Romulo naturally did to assess the detailed situation before providing us a quote.

We are on the north shore, which is quite far away from their business. We were especially impressed with how fluently it all went, even though we know that it must have been hard for Romulo (and his crew) to drive to us multiple times (for two quotes, setup, job, amazing clean up and follow up service) - 128 traffic is not fun. If you live closer, I imagine this would be even better.

It was a pleasure to do business with Romulo and Laryssa. They are very responsive, courteous and pleasant.
We called Romulo for a quote on a Saturday and he came the following day (Sunday) to check our roof. He brought samples of different quality of material and gave us a detail explanation for each option, which we did not get the same service from the other companies we requested quotes.
Prices are very good. Romulo gave us few options that could fit in our budget.
Job was done in one day and they left a clean place. We are very happy with our new roof.

I had a dormer roof that was a source of major leak and ice dam problems for years. It got to the point that I had to get on the roof if there was even 1", and shovel it off or risk leaks. I called Loyalty and Romulo knew exactly how to handle this special case of annoyance, and gave numerous recommendations on what my options were(I chose them ALL)

Five stars is not enough to give Romulo. You'd have a difficult time finding any contractor who delivers on his promises from the moment he provided a timely estimate to the efficiency and cost of the final product. After meeting with many roofing contractors, my decision to go with Loyalty Roofing Solutions was a no brainer! Romulo and Laryssa were such a pleasure to work with that my many years of procrastinating were put to rest. The day I called the office to set up an appointment for an inspection and estimate took me by surprise. Romulo showed up that afternoon and did a complete assessment inside an out. This house had the original cedar shakes, including many layers of shingles. This was going to be a major job for Romulo and his crew. They stripped the entire roof in no time, re-roofed it, including a rubber roof on a flat section of the house. In the process, certain things were brought to my attention. It was if they were working on their own house and wanted every thing done right. Every day when I pull into my driveway I see my new roof! Nice to end the day with a smile! There was high wind one of the days last winter caused damaged to our home roof. We were so wary about the situation and it was forecasting snow blizzard next 2 day. I was desperately looking a contractor who could able to emergency repair for the roof. I was Google searching the roof repair and roof service contractor and Loyalty Roofing Solutions pop up one of the few company.
It was just timing, I just left quick note on their website and got the response within few minute. He, Romulo understood my situation, came to the site and climbed to roof top and provided us the Quote right away. He came himself next day and repaired the damaged. Following next day there was 18 " snow feel on the repair roof, which was a miracle repair.
It was a wonderful experience and quick service we have received from Loyalty Roofing Solutions.
While taking to the Insurance they took their time to provide pictures, information regard damage to insurance.
We were very pleased for the repair service they provided and we honored them contract to replace full roof system this summer. They brought samples of materials to my home and explained the differences so that I could choose from.
We are so pleased that Loyalty roofing service provided quality, on time services and so to competitive price.
We also observed that Loyalty's workers are very professional and hardworking people and loyal to the company.

We hired Loyalty Roofing to fix a leaking roof on our back porch. They installed a rubber roof over the porch (low pitch), and re-shingled half of the family room addition on the house. It was clear to me from the beginning that the owner's biggest concern with any project, large or small like ours, is to make sure everything is done right, and to the highest standard. They were highly responsive to questions/concerns, professional, efficient, thorough, neat, organized, and friendly. The finished project was flawless. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small! Somehow, they also managed to leave the work-site cleaner than it was when they started and fixed my broken gutter on top of everything else they did. I cannot say enough good things about Loyalty. Romulo was the only contractor out of 4 or 5 that we had assess our roof that spent significant time in our attic/crawlspace and performed a thorough examination of the roof. Turns out we had hail damage that was partially responsible for some water leaks that we'd had. He and Laryssa worked tirelessly with us to get us all of the information and resources that we needed. We had developed a relationship before the crew stepped foot on our property.
From start to finish it was an amazing experience to watch them. Their set up, work ethic and cleanup are above and beyond what I could have expected. The thoroughness and follow up is unlike anything I've seen before.
They are honest, quick to respond and have such a high level of integrity. I feel so lucky that we found Loyalty to do our roof replacement.
We will have them back for sure for additional work on the interior of our home.

I can't recommend Loyalty highly enough. As the first snow of the winter of 2015-2016 approaches I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found Loyalty Home Solutions. I was very much impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail and work ethic. Instead of playing phone tag we spoke on the phone regularly, we communicated through emails and text messages, we also did some of the payments electronically (for my convenience while I was out of town traveling). This is so rare in a small Home Improvement company and you really appreciate it if you have been strung along by some other fly-by-night company. My sad tale started in January of last winter. We have a fairly big two story and we had a lot of ice damage. I spent a lot of time on a 30 foot ladder chopping ice and cursing myself for not replacing the 20+ year old roof over the previous summer, as I had planned. While I was up there, I noted that all of the trim boards which face the sun, were in bad shape and also needed to be replaced. We had some leaks around 3 decorative dormers in the front of the house and a lot of damage around the sewer vent pipe over the master bath in the back of the house. We also replaced the gutters and downspouts as well as installed gutter helmets to keep the leaves and pine needles out (I usually have to clear the gutters 3 or 4 times a year but am hoping that is a thing of the past).We own the former "Show Home" in our development, as such it was the first one built. I started searching for a roofer in July and we decided to go with a friend of a friend, who was highly recommended. He gave us a good estimate and said he would do the job in September. I started getting really nervous late September when almost all of the other homes in the neighborhood were getting their roofs replaced and our roofer had not started yet, or returned my calls. He strung us along for over 3 months, he never picked up the phone on the first call and we played phone tag for weeks.  Finally, the Monday after Thanksgiving, I left him a message that he was fired. To his credit he called me back and apologized and admitted he was over committed and did not blame me for firing him.Earlier I called several roofers and left messages, Laryssa from Loyalty was the first one to call me back, I told her my story and she understood my concern. Romulo was out the next day to walk the property with me and I got a written estimate within a day or two. By the weekend I hired them, turns out they had done some of the other homes in the neighborhood (including the house across the street from us). I did not expect to see them for at least 2-3 weeks but was surprised to hear that they had an opening and could start about a week later. I had my first good night's sleep in weeks.They were here about a week, it was a big job and they worked from sunup to sundown and a little past that (with headlamps) to make sure we were sealed up tight each night. As can happen, we had some additional damage to the decking, that we did not know about until the shingles were off, which had to be fixed. On the final day, Sunday morning, I was leaving the house and Romulo was there with one other guy. They had damaged a window screen during the week and were going to fix it but needed to go to the store for more screen material. As I left I asked him if he would fix another screen I had inside the house. I had damaged that screen myself over the previous winter (with my roof rake). When I got home my wife told me that they replaced all the screens not just the ones that were damaged (I never saw an extra bill for that). I feel 100% confident that if we have any issues like last winter, Laryssa and Romulo will be there to first answer the phone and then stand behind their work. I would be happy to recommend them. Romulo Gomes was the head contractor on a condo project I designed. From the first evening he surveyed the unit until the final cleaning was done, Mr. Gomes was the consummate professional. He took some very unusual materials and finishes and, unlike many contractors and tradespeople, didn't balk that this or that wouldn't work just because it was unfamiliar. He enjoyed the challenges posed by my design choices, we worked together well to solve unanticipated problems and we are both proud of the result. By the way, so is the client! Mr. Gomes remained enthusiastic throughout and highly responsible and respectful toward the things he worked with, the space he worked in and the people he worked for. My project was a "heavy cosmetic" condo upgrade. Everyone who sees it agrees it was taken to a whole different level. Romulo had done some tile work across the hall and the homeowner was happy, so I gave him a call. I concur with all the other reviews on this site. Romulo and his team are great. They implemented the designer's vision quickly and efficiently. The design involved a lot of unusual materials, some of which were very difficult to work with. Romulo's professionals did an amazing job, and it came out perfectly. Where there were an issue or two, or a quality concern, Romulo accepted the issue and took care of it right away. He is an extremely hard worker, aiming for perfection. I agree that his cleaning crew left the place much cleaner than when they started, and they cleaned the entire apartment.

Our experience with this company has been wonderful! Ro has gone above and beyond many a times to attend to stuff that we have asked him about. He has even come on weekends, even Sundays. He is very respectful. He supports his opinion with photos, such as photographs of our roof when talking about its quality. He attempted with success to resolve the issue when one of the roof heating cables was not working 1 season later, by suggesting an electrician and then coming to check on it himself. He worked with us on price when he had to re-install the cable even though the fault was the cable and not his installation. He is not pushy with what he thinks needs to be done. His wife, Laryssa, who also works with him has also been friendly and professional when we have interacted with her. These guys are great! I suppose the most telling thing I can say about Romulo and Sam is that they are the first contractors we've ever worked with who

1. showed up exactly when they said they would,
2. finished exactly when they said they would,
3. cleaned up so the place looked better than when they started.
We asked LHS to tile our kitchen backsplash and do a bunch of trim work around windows, doors, and baseboards. They were all things that we could have theoretically tackled ourselves at DIYs, but after a few disappointing experiences, we thought it would be much easier and faster to hire someone who could do it all. LHS really fit the bill. They came to give an estimate the same day I called, and they were able to start work early the next week. They worked incredibly quickly and even did a few extra things to make their work more top notch.
They were friendly and pleasant the whole time and cleaned up so that it looked fantastic when they were done.

I hired this company to reshingle the roof of my 110 year old English Cottage style that has 9 (!) eves and countless valleys. Although their estimate was significantly below several others I had gotten several strong recommendations about them and went with them. I can not imagine having a better experience. The schedule they promised was the schedule they kept, perfectly. They were quick, remarkably clean, and did a beautiful job. Romulo Gomes, owner of Loyalty Home Solutions, did an extraordinary job of renovating our bathroom in twelve days. The house was built in 1945 and only has one bathroom. Therefore, it was important to us to have the work done in a timely manner. The electricity, plumbing, and walls had to be brought up to code. Romulo effectively coordinated the subcontractors,
Romulo and Larissa Gomes, the Operations Manager, found an elegant. Imitation, marble surround for our bathtub. Romulo drove all the way to Nashua, NH to get it for us. The chrome and ceramic accessories are lovely: for example the grab bars and towel holders. Romulo accented artistically tiles around the surround, floor, and vanity. The tub, vanity, and bathtub were installed expertly.
Larissa was always available to answer questions and give advice.
We highly recommend Loyalty Home Solutions. Romulo is conscientious, hardworking, and meticulous. Finally, he finished the project attractively with a shower curtain; ceramic soap dispenser, waste basket, and toothbrush holder; and a plant.

I was trying to envision a better use of space in my home. Romulo and his team from Loyalty Home Solutions built a new room in my home by constructing a wall complete with sliding pocket doors. They also primed, painted and did some electrical work. The craftsmanship was excellent. They were always very prompt and timely with the work schedule and very respectable of my home, always making sure to keep the home and work area clean. I was astounded at how fast they were able to complete a magnificent job at a very reasonable rate.

I have a rental unit (townhouse) that had some water damage in the garage from a leaky pipe above it. I bought their "hire contractor for a day" coupon and needed them to patch a hole in the garage ceiling that was cut open by my plumber who needed to access the pipes. I also had them replace the door inside the garage that was water-damaged, plus some other misc. fixes, mostly in the garage.

These guys are the *best* that I've worked with, and cannot recommend more highly. I dealt mostly with Laryssa on scheduling and billing, and she was a pleasure to work with!
