Kinga Busse graduated from the PWSP of Berlin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Gold Smith. After ten years working in the jewellery industry in production control and new design. Despite this success, Kinga’s entrepreneurial spirit and her desire to be a “stay at home mom” drove her to start Royal Maid Cleaning Service. Her objective was simple: develop a cleaning company that would be affordable and flexible to fit any lifestyle.
Kinga’s frustration with the rigid nature of other cleaning companies was the driving force behind her creation of a new flexible cleaning business model. Her consumer experience started in her studies days, consumed by her studies, Kinga would pay a friend to help with housework. She found that friendship and cleaning didn’t always mesh very well. How do you tell a friend that you don’t like the way they clean? After college, living in a one bedroom apartment with small square footage, it was hard to get companies to come and clean. They always had ridiculous minimum requirements for service. Besides, they had unreasonable or stringent rules. For example, they couldn’t clean a room if there was anything on the floor or they couldn’t wash dishes, whether it was a cup or all the breakfast dishes. Even when she tried individuals, she found that they would give more considerable homes preference over her smaller apartment. Years later, in 2015, Kinga became a new home in Aylesbury and was tired of dealing with these limitations and returning home to areas of the house that will be forgotten. With this in mind, she formed the idea to create Royal Maid Cleaning Service.
Initially, it was all about creating a company that could provide a flexible and affordable service for other Aylesbury families. Royal Maid Cleaning Service is exclusive now to Aylesbury.
