Mark White of the Lowcountry Chef catered our wedding in early March of this year.
Mark was willing to work with us from day one to provide high quality food and an extraordinary experience to our guests. We wanted our food to be regional Charleston cuisine. Mark worked with us to create a menu that would be appealing to our guests and reflect the food that Charleston and the South are known for (we had the most delicious shrimp and grits I have ever tasted). Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, how attentive and polite the staff was and how flawless the entire reception was.
