The owner, Laura, is the biggest pleasure to work with and the gift baskets are so beautiful!! I work for FVI Corporation, we do window treatment such as shades, blinds, drapes, etc. for commercial buildings and we often need to send thank you gift baskets. I needed to send one out right away yesterday and with very short notice and not much time to deliver. Laura made sure my order was complete by 5 pm that same day!!! I contacted Laura at Loveliest Flowers and Gifts early on a Sunday morning with a short notice request to send a bouquet of sunflowers, same-day, to a sick friend. I ordered an arrangement of champagne and chocolates for my step daughter’s 21st birthday. On the day that it was to be delivered, I received a personal email with photos of my order. After much searching for a company that could not only build amazing gift baskets but deliver them as promised and keep the focus on the customer - we found it! Today is my mother-in-law’s birthday, but my husband and I live in NJ and we wanted to send her something special. I found Loveliest Flowers & Gifts while doing research online for a good flower/gift place in Miami. I saw they did same day delivery and had a wide selection of gifts. I spoke with Laura on the phone and made a personal selection of gifts. A vase of half a dozen beautiful roses, a box of Godiva chocolates and a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon were delivered to my MIL on the same day and Laura personally delivered them to her as she was poolside. The beautifully prepared gifts and the personal way they were delivered made her birthday so special. I will use Loveliest again for any future special occasions that will come up. Recommend to all. I have been looking for a place that does custom baskets for birthdays for two weeks and I found this one. On Google.To me, this order was last minute and I felt like it wasn't gonna be delivered when I needed.
