I love my old Ercol sofa but over the years the cushions have been getting worse and worse. They don't make sofas like they used to anymore and the frame on this 70s sofa is solid. Decided to give it a complete makeover with foam from GB Foam Direct. I had new covers made by a friend of mine to upgrade the upholstery too. Paul photographed our wedding back in April and I couldn't have hired a better photographer. He blended in soo well, you didn't even notice him there taking pictures! We had all of our pictures back and our album within 6 weeks. Everyone has commented how good the photos were. My husband isn't one for his photo taken but Paul put us both at ease. Can’t recommend Paul enough, he captured our wedding day on June 2019 to perfection. Pre wedding he was the one of our suppliers I didn’t have to think about - prompt, clear, flexible, communicative and authoritative. He helped us navigate the many options and even came to our local area for our pre engagement shoot. On the day (one of the hottest of the year) he was relentless, patient and discrete, pushing us to remember to commit to our photo plan when it’s easy to let everything else get in the way. Post wedding he sent us a handful of shots in a couple of days which made for a very happy honeymoon, then within a few weeks all photos and a draft album. The pictures were absolutely beautiful, shots we didn’t expect and the result is an album we are over the moon with. We chose Paul to capture our wedding day and we have been left with a magnificent photo album that we will forever cherish. Paul was clear with us from the start on what services he could offer and for what prices with no hidden costs, we chose the champagne package and we can honestly say it was the best money we spent on the whole wedding! Paul had some great ideas to make our album unique and personal to us and was creative with the images to give us pictures we didn’t imagine possible. Paul showed us images and albums he had made from the same venue at the same time of year to give us a feel of what our album could look like. Paul has a warming personality and fit into our wedding day at ease and we genuinely hardly felt like our wedding was been photographed at all, a number of our guests commented on how easy the group shots had taken place as it was totally stress free despite a number of people changes to our list of group pictures and high volume of bridesmaids and family members. The couple shots we had were also fun and relaxing and hardly took any time at all so we were back with our guests in no time. We told Paul a number of things we wanted out of the day and he also recommended an order in which to do things making decisions easy to make. Paul had our online images just a week after our wedding and even had a proof album shortly after. We got married at the end of October and we’re able to order parent albums and our own album in time for Christmas. Changes are easy to make on proof albums making sure you have exactly what you want and your favourite images in your album. I ordered a sofa seat at 189 cm, next day delivery. It arrived two days later (not a problem). However, the foam was 184 cm. I checked my order form which clearly states 189 cm. I left it out overnight to allow to expansion and measured again - still 184 cm. I got my neighbour to measure it to double check - 184 cm. I returned it requesting a refund but the company just sent it straight back to me, saying their measurement was correct. Seriously, it is 184 cm - 5 cm too short for my sofa! I have to say, I had bought a previous sofa cushion from them without any problem at all, so I am amazed at this cavalier attitude. If you order from this company and it comes baclk OK, all well and good, but if there is a problem, don't reply on them to fix it. More...

In video it is always important to remember that people can watch bad video with good audio but it is difficult to watch even great video with bad audio. Poor customer service. Ordered foam with stockinette, arrived without stockinette. Rang and spoke to receptionist, no word of apology, told she would find out what happened and ring back. Didn’t receive phone call. Rang the next day, again no apology for not calling back, and no apology for not fitting the stockinette, just received a refund for the cost of the stockinette. Cardinal Security illegally dismissed one of their head-office employees simply for having a disability. Instead of properly dismissing him, Cardinal Security temporarily put him on paid leave and then simply stopped paying him with no notice or reason given! When the employee questioned this, the HR Manager MICK STONE (who had previously made up lies about the employee in question) first threatened and then physically assaulted him without any provocation. In addition, Cardinal Security have previously put guards on site WITHOUT a SIA licence (illegal). They also used pirated software across approximately 100 computers (again, illegal).I strongly advise anyone not to use or work for such an unethical and unlawful company which Cardinal Security have proved themselves to be. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the freedom to work when and where I want is a huge part of running my own business. I also like the freedom it offers me in terms of the end solutions I provide.
