as n artist n writer, i exist without an internal gyroscope. dana clark is my creative gyroscope. my sessions with her orient/re-orient me to my day's creative intentions. Dana's most recent 6-week Kick Ass New Moon Action Group boosted the accomplishment of these creative aims by providing me with extended peer-group and 1-on-1 support. Additionally, her action group included a Facebook page where I wrote down my day's aims and my accomplishments - the writing of which - by research - increased the likelihood of attaining my goals. Dana Clark coaching changed my life. I did a full series of life coaching in 2010. Two years later I love my job, am training for my second triathlon (I was in severe chronic pain), am financially stable and have a meaningful and functional relationship. Dana helped me see the importance of knowing and loving myself enough to move forward with my own life, set goals, and make a plan to reach them.A year after my initial coaching Dana did a phone session with me to help me make a major work decision. Dana was the perfect life coach for me at a very important time in my life. Through her coaching I was able to see patterns I was creating for myself that were counter-productive to the things I wanted and needed in my life. Dana led me down a path where I was able to recognize these things and change them by shedding light on what wasn't working for me. This was so important in getting me through a frustrating time and she helped me turn my life in the direction I had been wanting it to go in. Even though I moved on from coaching I feel she left a lasting impression and helped me learn so much more about myself and the things I do to set myself for failure. I now recognize when I am heading down the a troublesome path and am able to turn around before I even get anywhere close to it by using the tools that Dana taught me through coaching. I am a firm believer in using the Law of Attraction in my day to day life, so coaching is a really great fit, it puts the power in your hands! Dana Clark is an amazing Life Coach/Business Coach. I wanted to hire a life coach to transition out of restaurant work and really start "Owning" my own business. I am a massage therapist and needed help letting go of being a server. I was really afraid to let go of the 'old money', the old resource of restaurant work, and she really helped me to look at the possibilities of doing what I love full time. She would say stuff like "What would it look like for you to work for yourself full time?" "How many clients would you like per week" She would get me in the creative process, to use my creativity. Or even to look at other career possibilities that I hadn't considered before.She helped me to get in touch with what I like to do for fun and to perhaps to make it a career path, if I so chose to.Dana helped me clarify my career goals and desires and marketing ideas for my business. She has wonderful marketing ideas and how to implement them. I notice she does a lot of continued education for her profession, to add to her tool box.She doesn't let me get away with giving away my power, but rather harnessing it, owning it; it's a very exciting process! She is an intuitive, compassionate, funny and effective coach. She makes coaching fun and safe to explore feelings, desires and dreams. "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" (this is the caption that appears when you select a 5 star rating) ... it absolutely applies to Dana Clark as a Life Coach! ! So, I have to admit that this is one of two times that I have rated anything/anyone on yelp. Dana is so good that I felt driven to do so. Â Dana has had a significant impact on me and my ability to show up in the world in a useful fashion. Dana didn't supply any answers for me; however, she skilfully and tactfully helped me uncover my own answers. She certainly had some great ideas about exercises that she thought would benefit me. Yet, she was always willing to shift & adjust given new information. She is EXTREMELY PRESENT!! I sought out Dana based on the experience of a close friend (another of Dana's clients) who was successfully working with her. I am grateful that he pointed me in her direction. My life was not a disaster when I came to Dana. Although, there were areas that were at times confounding for me- professional, family, & friends (hmmm, I guess that leaves little else about which to be confused). Regardless, as a direct result of working with Dana, I was able to pursue these relationships In a manner that feels more loving and functional for me. I cannot say that at times I am no longer confused. I can say that I feel tremendous improvement in my ability as a boss, as an employee, as a family member, and as a friend.
