After Being a chef for more than Two Decades! Love Chef Company was established in 2015 by Paul specializing in Ethical Party and Event Catering!
A Pioneering chef in many styles of cuisine, is also passionate about Patisserie as well!
Paul has worked as a chef in a wide range of different catering environments over the last twenty-two years!
Paul first trained in large corporate city based directors and partners kitchens when he was younger in London! Learning to cook in a range of foods! Then mentored to lead and organising as a chef in modern plated cuisine!
Then Paul returned to his Motherland Scotland 15 years ago to continue his career in food. Cooking cutting edge Scottish fusion fayer, and more traditional foods styles!
Paul has also had the honor of the creation and production of canapes, buffets, small private parties, fine dinning functions, large catering events, weddings; and the everyday running of good restaurants, to Menus design.
