I participated in Ashley's Mindfulness in Mental Health training at the beginning of 2018 in Missoula, MT. This was a truly great experience and I appreciated her wisdom and beautiful energy. This training is needed for all mental health providers and offers a great introduction to mindfulness and how to incorporate this into one's practice and personal life.
