I booked Loulabelles last year (2020), as I had heard that they had a good reputation, word of mouth. I booked an appointment & discussed what I wanted with Lou & paid upfront & she was really kind & patient, knowledgeable & helpful.
When COVID struck last year they offered me my money back but I said that I wanted to continue with their service, when resumed, & didn't want my money back. I advised on colours, but left the rest to Loulabelles, & am so pleased. I have to say that I was blown away with my bouquet. It was really beautiful. My alter piece was absolutely amazing & the corsiage's & button holes were lovely. I would give this service a 5 star point. They are friendly, kind & supportive to their clients.
Thankyou Loulabelles for making our day extra special. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful & amazing & lots of people commented on it. The alter flowers were beautiful too. I would definitely recommend this florist.

I love loulabelles for the creations that Lou comes up with, she produces lovely gifts for either yourself or friends/family. Whenever I have a friends birthday I always think of the shop and as I walk past I look to see what creations she has outside and in the window. One of a kind designs for all.
