My wife and I dined at Louisiana Crawfish today for the first time. We are very sad we have never tried this great restaurant before. First Angel was our waitress and she did an outstanding job. She was there ever time we looked up to say we needed something. I never had to wait on a refill or anything. Angel you were great and very courteous. You are the restaurant’s ambassador.Now the food. The crawfish were the best we have had in the area. I cook crawfish and they were as good or maybe better. The season was spot on and I like spicy. They spice their crawfish without using some vinegar based hot sauce. I hate the taste of vinegar in my spicy crawfish. You guys rock with the way you spice.Second I consider myself a connoisseur of bread pudding. Theirs is crack. I am addicted. I just thought I made the best bread pudding and I have been making it for 30 years. Now I have to start over on my recipe. Lastly the place is spotless. You can tell they really care for their appearance to the customer.What else can I say, but dang I wished we had tried this great place before. We will patronize in the future. Always a great experience, Cajun style with music and all. Great mud bugs seasoned right, even hot but I don't get them hot and I'm a Cajun. Oysters are always cold and salty the way I like them. It is far and away the best place to order crawfish. The crawfish are fresh and delicious and you can order it as hot as you would like. This is the place to get crawfish.

This was my second trip to Louisiana Crawfish Time. The crawfish and boiled shrimp were excellent size and very nice! We got the regular (non-spicy) variety but the crawfish were still quite spicy. I prefer seafood to be boiled in the spices rather than seasoned afterwards. There was too much spice on the exterior of the food and was a little off-putting.
