Hello. My name is Louise and I'm a qualified therapist working in the Walsall, Willenhall, and Sutton Coldfield areas of the West Midlands.

There are many reasons why we struggle with the stresses of life, but professional counselling gives you the space to think and talk about yourself and the issues causing your confusion or distress. Counselling gives you a chance to talk with someone who listens and then supports you in identifying solutions and overcoming the problems you have raised. Working with a professional therapist also provides an opportunity for transformation and a chance to improve your mental health.

In addition to face-to-face therapy sessions, in light of COVID-19 I am continuing to provide counselling via phone or video call, using Zoom. Please contact me for further details.
