This wonderful woman changed my life! I was having a hard time trying to let go of my ex husband. He was getting married and I was literally paralyzed and despondent with his upcoming nuptials. Working with Stephanie has been an amazing experience. After just the first session that mean little voice in my head that constantly nagged me was completely silenced and has never come back! Before I started hypnotherapy I spent years in conventional talk therapy which helped me identify some of my thought and behavior patterns but didn't explain how they started or related to each other. We came to see Stephanie at the recommendation of a psychologist. My daughter was slowly getting worse and worse at gymnastics. She went from not doing one skill to not doing a lot of her skills. She stopped wanting to go to practice because of pressure and fear. She also started withdrawing more at home. Rarely, coming out of her room and not wanting to talk about anything. Stephanie put my daughter at ease with the process. She explained everything to me, and we saw results after the first session! I saw a more positive and happy daughter at home. Her coaches saw her willingness to try old skills and smile again. By our third session with Stephanie, my daughter was volunteering to work on doubles. Most importantly, she is communicating again. She started interacting with our family again, playing her younger brother and sister. She would voluntarily talk about what wanted to and what bothers her. I met Stephanie at the National Guild of Hypnotists Convention last summer. We hit it off as though we had known each other forever. When the time came for me to have some sessions to help me better understand the hypnosis process and to feel more confident as a hypnotist in private practice myself, I felt very comfortable seeing Stephanie. What inspired you to start your own business?
After being a masters level counselor, I wanted to help clients make deeper, faster change than what we could get to by talking. I have never regretted getting this training and opening a practice in transformational hypnosis. I’ve seen the most wonderful changes in people, and I’m honored to be a part of the process!
Why should our clients choose you?
My advanced techniques allow for deeper more lasting changes than standard, direct suggestion hypnosis. You don’t have to listen to audios after you leave. The changes happen at the belief and feeling part of your subconscious mind, rather than laying direct suggestion, which probably conflicts with your subconscious beliefs and feelings, over the top.
