About

In flow yoga we synchronize the breath with the movement to create a complete mind/body experience, moving into and out of our poses in time with our inhalations and exhalations.

Classes are themed, focusing on one peak (or key) pose for four weeks to enable students to develop their alignment, strength and most importantly confidence!

Laura took the time last night to attend our Menopause Meeting... The Positive Menopause Society to speak to us about Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques. She was amazing. Everyone of us were inspired by what she said, and encouraged that it is possible to live a full life without any of the distractions of the modern world. That we have a right to take time for ourselves and to be at peace on a daily basis. Laura was fun, informative and very well prepared. Thank you for sharing with us it meant a lot xx More...

As a newbie/beginner to yoga, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Laura is fun, friendly, patience and very informative. Always encouraging us to be ourselves. She takes her time to ask each individual yogi if they are okay and offers help if needed. As I struggle with a problem with my left leg and foot, Laura has offered to stay back after class to give me extra advice and demonstrate some exercises that'll help with my problem, which has been very helpful and has already made a huge difference.

I couldn't recommend a better instructor. Every week I look forward to yoga and it has already helped with my confidence and anxiety. Thank you Laura xxx

This is the only bouldering centre in the area, so if you're staying locally there's not really any other choice.
Good selection of boulder problems at all grades. I think they should be considering making more use of the large amount of space they have availble, like the Climbing Unit in Derby has done. This would make it into a really top class venue.
Overall a nice bouldering centre, reasonably priced drinks and snacks available. Good sized private car park.

Great experience. Took my 14 and 10yr old daughters. Booked a 45min assessment and safety briefing then left to supervise my children on my own having satisfied the instructor we sensible. A great workout without the kids realising it. I felt it after 1hr30mins, no amount of money would get my kids training for 90mins but when I told them they'd been climbing for that long they were surprised. Lots of different routes to try for all levels of skill we will definitely go regularly. More...

Myself and my son went last Sunday for an induction as we are new to bouldering and we both loved it. My son is 11. He was able to get involved in the induction and have a go at a few routes. The induction was for a group of 6/7 (including me and my son). We had all questions answered by the guys giving the induction and after we were left to climb for as long as we liked.

It can be a touch expensive, with shoe hire and chalk hire on top of the session fee but that's to be expected of any new activity or sport. We're both hooked and I plan on bringing my 3 year old daughter along in the near future.

Over all a really positive experience and what seems to be a comfortable environment to learn how to climb, ask questions and meet some good people.

Had great fun here! They have a selection of walls to climb, with varying degrees of difficulty. They also have a section for younger children to do some climbing. Climbing Shoes and chalk bag can be hired at an additional cost (but it's only a could of quid).
They also have a decent collection of food and drink available; paninis, sandwiches, coffee, soft drinks, etc.

The staff here were amazing! Friendly, professional and very accommodating. We took a group of 8 teens who had a great time, many thanks to Sam and Adam for an excellent session. I would definitely reccomend a visit here. We came on an unusually busy night but our group were well looked after and there was still plenty of climbing for them. More...

Q&As

The fact I get to teach what I love and share my yoga for passion with others. I love seeing students develop more confidence in themselves and their abilities and grow from strength to strength!

Being able to teach in my own way and style and work with people who have the same passions as me.

My classes cater for all people, I don't believe that yoga is just for the young, fit or flexible! I take a personalised approach for each student and plan classes with my students and their aims and goals in mind. I offer a fun, friendly and relaxed environment in which students can take the class at their own pace and in their own way whilst offering advice and adjustments where needed to ensure students get the most out of our time together.
