Really bad experience overall - would definitely avoid. Nayem seemed like a nice guy and seemed like he was doing a good job at our wedding but the follow-up service was horrible. The contract said we would get our photos and videos within a few weeks but it was a few MONTHS before we finally got everything, and that was after pestering him over and over again. Even when we would get a certain photo or edit, there would be basic, simple mistakes and even those would take very long to fix. He was very slow and unresponsive and always had one excuse or another for missing deadlines and wouldn't really even apologize or acknowledge our frustration. I loved this team. They fully were able to capture all the cultural aspects of my wedding. At first I was worried that they wouldn't know the important stuff from the normal stuff since they weren't Chinese, but they luckily they had a lot of experience, so they pulled it off so well!

Standing right in front of the couple as they read their vows to each other with tears streaming down their eyes...and being right in front of them capturing every second of it, to preserve it forever. There's no greater joy than that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Photography and Videography have always been a passion for us. Our team members are among the top photographers and videographers in the tri-state area. We've satisfied hundreds of clients and won many awards for our work.
