Lotus Garden

I just received the most gorgeous orchid from a Lotus Garden today for my belated birthday. Wow! It is spectacular! I would absolutely recommend them and use them without hesitation. They are high end and classy with elegant flowers. I received numerous flowers from them after my mother passed away last year as well and every single one from them was breathtakingly gorgeous. John at Lotus Garden was wonderful and his customer service is amazing. I wish more businesses operated like them. They are a "no fern or baby's breath" type of florist thank goodness!!! John and Mallory are gifts from the flora and fauna heavens. All our arrangements are gorgeous that we get here and it's a high end florist without the high end gouging, there are so many plants and really neat things to look at and shop for, it's always an adventure to look through all of their fabulous arrangements and huge patio. My beautiful mother loves flowers. She frequently entertains and is involved in several philanthropic groups in the Desert. She absolutely knows her flowers.  She is currently healing from some scary heart procedures and keeps getting flowers. John and his team are INCREDIBLE. My fabulous wedding planner had to convince me that I needed flowers  for my wedding at all, and boy, am I glad she did! The work was nothing short of spectacular. From the first time I met John, my now-husband and I were struck by his thoughtfulness and knowledge, and how carefully he listened to understand our vision and style. The arrangements he brought to the trial were fantastic, and the final product reflected the tweaks we requested. The chuppa was show-stopping, and the bouquet was so gorgeous that I took it with me to my honeymoon in Joshua Tree to spark a little extra joy at our Airbnb. Lotus Garden Center is truly a unique and creative florist making it one of the best in the Valley.  Just voted Best Florist in Valley by the Desert Sun,John along with Mallory and team provide creative, beautiful arrangements for any occasion.   A recent birthday staycation at the ACE Hotel Palm Springs was super enhanced by a beautiful, succulent arrangement with a bottle of Tequila as the centerpiece from Lotus Garden Center.  What a great way to celebrate!  The entire staff of the ACE Hotel commented on the uniqueness of the arrangement. I am SO incredibly pleased with the service and quality of the flowers I ordered!  Mallory assisted me on the phone while ordering a sympathy bouquet for my Mother.  I did not have a lot of money and asked for a high quality petite bouquet.  Mallory was so kind, warm, patient and sympathetic.  To give her an idea of what I was looking for, I directed her to Lotus Garden Center's Yelp photos page and pointed out a bouquet I liked.  She was able to make the prettiest arrangement within my budget.Based on my experience, I HIGHLY recommend using Lotus Garden Center for any floral design & delivery you may have in the Coachella Valley. John knocked our wedding out of the park. I was struck by how original his work looked, and yet how well he met our own vision, parameters, and budget.  I felt John and the Lotus team achieved a perfect balance between letting their creative juices flow, while also remaining open to our feedback. Special touches such as boutonnières that varied across the male wedding party to gold ribbon lining the vases to match our color scheme took our florals above and beyond.  One thing that we also appreciated was how closely the day of arrangements matched (or even exceeded) the demo flowers which John was kind enough to show us over FaceTime since we couldn't visit in person.  I would ABSOLUTELY use John and the Lotus team if we had to do it all over again. Bought a bouquet here for my wife's birthday for the second year in a row.  My wife is an accomplished gardener, so it's hard to impress her with bought flowers.  But the flower seller at Lotus Garden has done it again, just blown her away with the quality of the flowers, the imaginative selection, the beautiful arrangement.  He's a flower genius, and I'll be back whenever we're in Palm Desert.  Seven days after purchase, and the flowers are still budding out!  Look fresh as the day I bought them. We contracted Lotus Garden Center for some plants for our patio.  Let me tell you that we are so impressed with how beautiful they turned out.  We purchased 2 concrete planters elsewhere....they will match our fountain....plus we purchased this remarkable fluted planter from Lotus Garden.  Mario waterproofed the containers for us and built the pedestal for the fluted container.   They are planted with what we requested.  I couldn't be happier!  Thank you Lotus Garden Center.  You have made our plain patio full of life!!! Mallory from Lotus Garden did the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding and I am SO obsessed with how they came out!! She used her creativity along with my one request for dahlias and executed the arrangements just perfectly. The flowers were stunning and Mallory's work stands out! I heard about this place after I saw their work at a friend house.  I was in awe of it all and had never seen flowers and fruit used together!  I just had to use them for an upcoming even I had going on.  I gave them my budget and they handled the rest.  The three displays were so gorgeous that we raffled them off at the end of the night.  I took one back to my office and it made the whole place smell so good!! I haven't written a Yelp review ever (I think) and the craftsmanship of Lotus Garden Center prompted me to do so. The team provided the arrangements for my wedding at The Living Desert on May 13. I know very little about flowers so I couldn't and didn't provide much guidance other than that I wanted some succulents and other plants native to the desert along with a few general comments on colors. John was so patient and provided amazing advice, including adding some candles, and what he and his team produced was extraordinary. The recommendations were spot on and the customer service unparalleled. The guests oohed and aahed over the centerpieces, and the arch, placed expertly in front of a small waterfall under which we said our vows, was gorgeous.  I couldn't be happier. I can't say enough good things about Lotus Garden or the flower arrangements they created for my wedding/reception. John was so incredibly nice and helpful, and such an artist. Stunning, gorgeous, perfect, so many words to describe the wonderful craftsmanship that went into our wedding flowers. I absolutely adored them. And they didn't cost an arm and a leg. Excellent customer service! I placed an order ahead of time for flowers to be delivered to friends celebrating their 10-year anniversary, only to realize a few days later they would probably take a trip to celebrate. I asked if I could put the order on hold until I figured out when they would be back. The staff was very accommodating. When I finally reached my friends, they had just come back from a trip and were getting ready to leave again.Therefore, a flower delivery several weeks after the occasion would be out of place.I called Lotus to explain the situation and they very kindly offered to refund me in full. I'm usually not a yelper. However, my future wife was in Palm Desert for her bachelorette party and I wanted to send flowers to her hotel. So... I yelped. Found Lotus and went for it. The lady helping me was phenomenal. I asked for the flowers to get sent out the same day. No problem. No premium on the delivery cost. The flowers were delivered in 3 hours. Are you kidding me?
