Lost Adventurers Newborn Photography

Photos session take place in my home studio or on location. I can do a home visit if in Cambridge or a £15 extra charge for travel outside Cambridge area

How to Pay

All sessions except from the Mini Sessions require a £75 non-refundable deposit. To secure a spot on the Lost Adventurers Newborn Photography, Newborn and Baby calendar, this fee is due in full at the time of the pre-session consultation, whether by phone, email or in person. This session fee does not include any print products or digital files, which are purchased separately after the session takes place. If you need to reschedule your session due to extenuating circumstances, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and we can reschedule within fourteen days. Lost Adventurers Newborn Photography retains rights in photos created for company’s advertising and promotional materials. All sessions require a signed contract with model release. You may pay your deposit with debit card, credit card, or PayPal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION For a successful newborn session plan to for it to take place during the first 3-10 days after birth. Booking before you third trimester is highly recommended to ensure a Spot!

Newborn Mini Session (Only available for babies up to 14 days old)

The mini session is suitable for those couples who do not need the full newborn session and just want a few nice images of baby taken using our posing bean bag and accessories. The session does not include images with parents, siblings or props. It is not suitable for older babies as they are more alert and can often require more time to photograph.

~ Photos of baby on posing beanbag only, our expertise and use of accessories
~ Photographs taken with a 36 mega pixel camera for maximum quality
~ You will make your product choices from your 15-25 image own private password protected online gallery in which you or your friends and family can view and purchase prints.
~ Professional retouching of 5 selected digital images of your choice

Newborn Baby session

WHAT TO HAVE ON HAND

Don’t forget to have nappies, wipes, burp-cloths, a blanket to keep the baby warm during set changes, a dummy, and anything you will need to feed the baby when needed. Don’t forget those little details! Make sure parent’s hands are manicured nicely if they will be in any shots, etc. Additional tips will be emailed before your session.

Baby Milestone Mini Sessions (3 months, 7-9months, 1 year, 2 Year)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In addition to the newborn sessions ( generally around 7 months but varies from baby to baby) and a one-year old birthday session with cake smash. I also do a paint smash for children over 2 years

The mini session is suitable for those couples who do not need the full Baby session and just want a few nice images of baby taken using our props, rugs or outdoor accessories. The session does not include images with parents, siblings or props. Approximately 1 hour of shooting time at my home studio. All Props are provided and Outfits ( 1-year session only) can be provided on request.

These sessions include:

~ Photos of baby on posing props or outside, our expertise and use of accessories
~ Photographs taken with a 36 mega pixel camera for maximum quality
~ You will make your product choices from your own 15-25 image private password protected online gallery in which you or your friends and family can view and purchase prints.
~ Professional retouching of 5 selected digital images of your choice
~ High Resolution Images transferred via the internet with full reproduction rights.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring all clothing and accessory option that we have discussed. It may also be helpful to have you child's favourites ( book, blanket, toy, person etc) on hand as well as a non messy snack and small drink

Children's Photography

The photo session

I only shoot on location in places that hold a special family meaning. Whether it's your home or a favourite park, the places you'll always remember are the most natural settings for your story.

To get the most authentic photographs, I allow the children to dictate the flow of the session. Being a mother, too, I know how important it is to be patient and calm as a newborn is fed and comforted, or as a toddler slowly sheds her camera shyness. Occasionally, I may give some gentle direction to make sure everyone is in the best light, but I am mainly an observer capturing memories as they unfold.

Premium Children's Sessions (From 2 years)

A full Children's usually takes 2 – 3 hours and is aimed at those couples who want a bit more. The session involves a location shoot in the local country park, farm, playpark, or parent's place of interest and is suitable for children of all ages, siblings and family group pictures.

~ Images taken on a 36 mega pixel camera for maximum quality
~ Professional retouching on all selected images

Maternity

Maternity Mini session

The mini session is suitable for those mums-to-be who do not need the full Maternity session and just want a few nice images of their bump taken using our props, rugs or outdoor accessories. The session does not include images with partners, children or props. Approximately 1 hour of shooting time at my home studio.
