What an amazing group of people!!! Â They are lifesavers and just the nicest people you ever want to work with. A elderly relatives driveway gate sheered off the bottom hinge of the gate and we could barely lift it to open and close it. Heath and (sorry I don't remember the other gentleman's name) his worker came out and replaced both hinges for me. They did excellent work and it looks like new. Los Gatos Iron Works installed a keyless lock on the wrought iron gate into our backyard. Â For several reasons, the project was more difficult than it sounds. Los Gatos Iron Works gave me awesome automatic driveway gate. I had a particular design in mind, so he made me a custom design to my specs. We installed it a year ago, and it has been working flawlessly. I had a problem last week where the gate stopped opening, so Andrew send his guys out at within a day, and fixed the problem of misaligned sensors. I called Los Gatos Iron Works, after months of having issues with our call box and the original installer refused to come out. Â They came out that day and found the problem and even drove back to the shop to get the right part and came back within hour to install. Â Aaron, the installer, was very knowledgable and made several adjustments to get the right angle for the best wifi signal to the call box. Â They even adjusted the camera several times to the right height to be able to see to who is at our gate. Â Everyone was very polite and the price for service was very fair. Los Gatos Iron Works provided an automatic custom-made gate for our driveway. Andrew and his team did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They were thorough and clear in their pricing and estimates . They further explained all the work and ensure the work would be done in a timeframe that was convenient for me and my family. They created a custom gate with a single swing door and automatic opener. They custom fabricated the gate to meet some VERY specific requirements I had and installed it in a matter of days. The gate is exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend Los Gatos Iron Works again and again. Further, when recently having my home appraised for a refinance, the appraiser went as far as to ask where the gate was built as he stated it added immense value to the home. I moved into a new house and needed a very large custom steel/wood gate installed in our RV parking area for privacy, security, etc. Â I had never worked w/ Iron Works but took a gamble as they were local and ready to start. Â I found Andrew to be very responsive to my multiple email inquiries and found them to be competitive to other options I was considering. Â The initial job did not go perfectly (do they ever ) however I was EXTREMELY pleased with their customer orientation in that they did everything they could to make things right, in this case at their own expense, to make sure that I was ultimately satisfied.
