Newborn Sessions:
You are welcomed into my home studio for the session, where there is a comfy sofa and plenty of drinks on offer. The sessions are very carefully styled with my large range of beautiful handmade props, outfits and backdrops for you to choose from. Having recently become a mother myself, I am all too familiar with the varying emotions that come with being a parent. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. The session is not rushed but relaxed, planned around baby’s sleeping and feeding routine to enable us to get a series of images which really capture the beauty of your baby at this stage.

Baby Sessions:
Following my newborn sessions, the next popular time to take images is for Tummy Time sessions. This is around 4-5 months, when many babies are on their tummies and showing off their beautiful smiles. Sitter sessions take place when your baby is sitting up independently but not crawling, which is typically around 7 months. In these sessions I capture your baby sitting up and playing, with lots of eye contact and interaction. All of the sessions are styled from my large range of luxury handmade outfits as well as gorgeous props and backdrops. I work with you creating session and look that is perfect for your baby.

Baby sessions are certainly a lot livelier than Newborn sessions. These sessions are full of energy as I encourage your baby to make noise, play and have fun, so I can get a set of images that reflect your little one at this time.

Portrait Sessions on Location:
No two photoshoots are the same, and I wouldn’t want them to be. Each family and every child has their own wonderful little quirks. By getting to know you, I produce images that truly reflect all the beauty and individuality of your family. I capture those little moments unique to you, a smile at mum a tickle by dad.
Before the shoot, I will work with you to choose the perfect location that reflects you. This may be the local woods and commons or further afield to the coast. The shoot can be as stylised as you want, from a simple shoot with coordinated clothing to a full themed shoot with props. I would love to work with you to plan the best possible shoot that truly reflects you and lasts generations to come.

Portrait Sessions Studio:
like my images to look like paintings, beautiful pieces of art that can be hung proudly in the home. These portrait sessions are completely customised to you. Before the session we will discuss colours and outfits, plus your hopes for the session. Capturing children and families in this style is something I am deeply passionate about. Showing the closeness of family, the connection to the camera, is something that can be truly breath-taking. This is achieved by taking the time to make sure your child and you are comfortable and at ease. During the session I involve your child asking them their opinions. This helps your child to feel valued plus gaining trust. My aim is capture the personality, with no false smiles, no unease but simply beautiful natural portraits reflecting the child and family exactly as they are. These photos are unique, timeless photos with a touch of vintage.
