Lori is amazing! She is kind, compassionate, calm and caring. What I especially like about Lori is that she can solve issues quickly without having to spend years getting to the root of the problem.

If you need a therapist or counselor, you should definitely give Lori a try. She has a pragmatic yet caring approach. She really knows how to get to the root of your issues quickly. She likes to resolve things and not to draw out therapy unnecessarily. Â I really appreciate that because my time and money are important of course. Lori Kandels is such a natural therapist! What I find so compelling about her is that she is able to make me feel totally seen and heard, and she does this without losing sight of the overall objective --my feeling better, doing better, and being better. Â I highly recommend Lori!

I would not be the therapist I am today without the invaluable help of Lori Kandels. As my supervisor and the teacher of several graduate courses, Lori was always respectful, patient, clear, and focused. Not only is she good at teaching complex therapeutic concepts, but her genuine curiosity and skill at asking the right questions helped me to discover things about myself and to clarify how I want to work as a therapist. I was very fortunate to have Lori Kandels as my supervisor.  I admire her wisdom, her intelligence and guidance.  She is a person that listens intently, and she asks questions that helped me  to better understand myself and intentions.  I highly recommend Lori because she is sensitive and understanding and follows clients personal experience.
