I needed a change- fresh eyes. My hair color and style was old and tired.  I had short hair & needed something fun that I could play with.  Dress up or down- low maintenance.  Pasquale, listened as I shared what I was looking for, and some photos I had of when I liked my hair.  He consulted with me on the color that he felt would look good and the style.  Pasquale, who is also the owner & originally from Naples, used all of his tools, razor, scissors, etc..to create a hair style that is hip-fun and the color he chose was perfect. Pasquale took his time and I never felt rushed. Many salons push as many clients through verses quality.  He mysteriously covered up the determined grey hairs at my temple with his magic brush!!  High & low lights delivered- Love my style & color!! I got a simple cut by Pasquale but I was very very impressed by him and the whole place. The staff is SO SO welcoming and it's such a relaxed atmosphere. I avoid a lot of salons because the staff can be catty or condescending or pushy but that was not the case at all. It was the first time no one made me feel badly about my hair! So I went here tonight and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at any salon I have ever been to in NJ after moving here from MA 5 years ago.   The entire staff - like every single person - were so welcoming and kind beyond words.  You walk in and they all welcome you so nicely and make sure you are comfortable and happy during the entire time you are there.  (The entire team does this by the way - not just my stylist who I am about to get to).Michael/Mike did my hair.   I went in looking like a complete disaster and was so afraid of being judged.  He could not have been kinder.  He didn't say a negative thing about my disaster hair, but instead just went to work.  Asking me what color I wanted first, showing me different options and then guiding me to the color that was exactly right for me.  After the color, he took the time to cut my hair as I wanted it - even though I eventually want it different - but he is talented enough to know you have to do it in steps.  I walked in feeling so self conscious and walked out feeling beautiful.  Thank you Mike!  And thank you all of you kind people at LP!  I will be a client forever. I had an appointment with Michael for the first time. Both Michael and Lorenzo greeted me and made me feel very comfortable. I was a little nervous with my decision to go shorter than usual, but Michael was patient and took his time to give me a style I was comfortable with. I will definitely be back for my next haircut! I needed a new salon and a haircut immediately. The reviews made me call, and they were right. Lorenzo Pasquale's Salon is a great place. Clean. modern and inviting space. From the moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable. Lorenzo took care of me personally, he looked over my hair and talked to me before starting, I new I would come out of there looking great. The products he uses are wonderful. All of the stylists took care and time with their clients, it looked like everyone felt specially taken care of. I needed a place that was open on Sunday so that my little girl (2 1/2 years old) could get a haircut. Although this salon is not specifically a salon for "kids' haircuts," we ended up trying it. This was a phenomenal experience. Even though my daughter was just getting a "kid's haircut," the stylist was as professional as could be. She interacted well with my daughter and put her at ease.  At the end of the cut, my little girl even got "princess hairspray." Her hair stylist's name was Fee-- she's great with kids.The salon is clean and well-maintained. Price for children's haircut was reasonable. My husband and I both agree that we will never go to anyone else but Pasquale.  There are times that somewhere else is more convenient or has a better time availability but we end up regretting it.  Pasquale does exactly what you want in a time efficient manner...he's not working on 5 clients at the same time, like some other local salons.  It is a comfortable friendly atmosphere, easy parking for the right price. Went to this salon for the first time yesterday based on the Yelp reviews. I am glad I did. I felt welcome the minute I walked in. All operators were busy but the owners acknowledged me right away. I have a short layered bob with curly hair that i have to straighten. I was very nervous about trying a new place because ive been going somewhere that i am very happy with but needed something local. So i gabe it a try! Pasquale immediately made me feel at ease. He has a passion for hair thay i can sense immediately. Always judge a stylist by their style and he is very stylish! I'm always apprehensive about getting my haircut, as it's been a while since I've gotten a good cut. From the second I walked in, I felt comfortable. Pasquale listened to what I wanted , I'm the client that wants a change but not too much cut off *nightmare client*. Not only did he give me a great updated cut, he also did some great highlights.
