After looking at the bigger carpet companies we found Loop carpets in our home town. Raymond came to the house measured up, brought loads of samples for us to look through based on our colour choice. We felt the over all price for carpeting quiet a few rooms was very fair. Very happy with the outcome. Carpets and vinyl look great. Carpet fitters worked non stop fand inished in swift time. I got a couple of quotes from different companies for my hall stairs and landing. They weren't the cheapest but I'm glad I choose them as everything was done to a very high standard and they uplifted the old carpet and underlay for me. By far the best carpet service I have ever received. Raymond came to my new home and provided a great choice of carpets and vinyls for me to choose from, he really took his time with me going through the booklets to find that perfect warm colour that also blended in with the vinyl and the kitchen units. I was more than happy to pay the deposit and not the full amount until the job was completed unlike most carpet firms that want every penny up front. Carpet fitting date agreed, the fitters arrived on time and did a great job they cleared away all the carpet scraps and then produced their own hoover and cleaned up every room before asking me to inspect the finished job. Really impressed with the service we received from Loop Carpets.We were well advised on which carpet would be best for my son's flat, practical, hard wearing, stain resistant and they didn't try to oversell or make us buy the more expensive ranges. They were able to come and measure up very quickly and gave us honest advice about the underlay already in the property, actually saying it was in good enough condition to keep. Again we were impressed that they were honest and didn't encourage us to purchase things we didn't need. The fitters were also prompt, very friendly and worked efficiently. Hi I have just had my bedroom carpet fitted today by loop carpets.I needed a company that would move all my bedroom furniture for meSo I checked on Google and found lots of excellent reviews about loop carpets a family owned business. I phoned Raymond and he came to the house with a wide variety of samples to choose from.Today he came with his team and moved all my bedroom furniture , took up the old carpet, cleaned the floor, layed new carpet, hoovered new carpet then put all the furniture back again.They did an excellent job and my carpet loos lovely I am very pleased. Raymond listened carefully to my concerns about the newly plastered and painted walls maybe being damaged when the furniture was going in and out. I need'nt have worried raymond and his men took great care and when they were finished everything was perfect. We were looking for new carpets for our flat but outrageous quotes from larger companies made us put things off for a couple of years. Finally things got to the stage where we really had to get new carpets, and we decided to look for a smaller company who were more focused on customer service than money making. After reading the excellent reviews on Google we decided to arrange a home visit.
Raymond came out and were we immediately impressed. He was so patient and honest with us about the pros and cons of each individual type of carpet. I would just like to thank Raymond and his team for an expert job well done on my flat in Glasgow. Living in Australia and renting a flat out on the other side of the world, in which my tenant absolutely trashed, i was stressed out to the maximum and didn't know what to do to have it fixed. I would like to post this review as a huge thank you to Raymond and Loop Carpets. After we decided to renew our carpets throughout our home as a Christmas treat we weren't sure which carpet company to purchase from as there is so many. However Raymond was recommend to me by our neighbour and because of that we asked him to visit our home to give us a quotation which was very competitive, we originally received a further 2 quotations but Raymond came across as more professional and approachable than the the other 2 companies. We used Loop Carpets after a recommendation from friends. Raymond came to my mother in laws new flat which required carpeting throughout. He was as very friendly and Professional and we discussed what we required and what the cost would be. He was very competitive and the quality of the carpets and flooring for the kitchen was of excellent quality. We arranged a date for the fitting and Raymond and his men were were on site promptly.The men were also very professional and respectful if the property. After the carpets were down they hovered the whole flat leaving it spotless.The finished look was stunning and he made a 92 year old lady delighted with her new home. We used this company after a recommendation from a property manager we know. We were away overseas for a long period and wanted no hassle. We were advised on the type of flooring suitable for our purposes, and these were not the most expensive. We felt they knew their products and were not just out for the money, they wanted to give us the right thing. We had regular updates and photographs of the finished job. Having used a major chain carpet store in the past, I was put off changing my carpets due to the amount of work I'd need to do clearing, disposing and vacuuming when changing carpets. I came across Loop carpets while googling for ideas. I had a specific idea in mind for a light brown pastel shade but not too dark and Loop rose to the challenge. I used the shop at home service and Raymond brought out the samples with him and we settled on Rosewood and booked my fitting date. The team did a fantastic job in the uplifting and installation, moving all the furniture, very professional job laying the carpets and moving the furniture back and vacuuming afterward. 5 Stars for Loop Carpets, first class service from the first phone call to the last. My wife nagged me for over a year for new carpets, knowing we have alot of heavy furniture in every room I was not looking forward to it. Raymond and his fitters cleared room by room over 2 days, fitted the new carpets and placed all our furniture back into place, they even got the hoover out.
