After months of planning every detail of my wedding - I recognized that on the actual day I wouldn’t have the time to make sure everything was as perfect as I had meticulously planned. Alex was referred to me by a family friend and I loved her from our initial phone conversation. She was knowledgeable with vendors, gave great suggestions and truly had a passion to help make sure each bride’s day is perfect.
I hired Alex to be our day of coordinator for our wedding this past November. In the weeks leading up to our big day she was always accessible to help take care of last minute details which allowed me to focus on the million other things that I had on my plate. From the moment she arrived on my wedding day she brought a sense of calm to the chaotic apartment she walked in to. She was such a huge help to me, my mom and my bridal party throughout the entire day. No matter what was needed she was happy to jump in and get things done all with a smile on her face. When we arrived at the venue she worked directly with the staff to take care of anything that was needed. I couldn’t have been happier with how stress free and perfect our day was.

Catered a wedding this past weekend at Metropolitan Building and had the pleasure of working with Alexandra from Look Sharp Events. I will start by saying in our 22 years of business it's very rare that you work with a coordinator that actually knows what they are doing. Lol. Alex not only was on top of things, but did it with a smile. The wedding was beautiful and went off without a hitch thanks to the help of Alex and the staff.
